    Here's a tidbit of info for the perfectionist. This might be different for the other survivors but I'm working on "gambler". For the jaw_drop flex, using the mouth closed, mouth open, mouth open wider meshes like in the video, I found that the most natural looking values for the mouth transitions are:
    From mouth closed to mouth open = around 0.22
    From mouth open to mouth open wider = around 0.60
    The first time I tried this, Nick's mouth was just always in the open position and the transition I had at the time was like 0.19 so this tells me the game has that value set to around 0.20 when the character is not talking and at full health. The first time around the transition for mouth open wider was around 0.75 which was alright but I found that tweaking it to around 0.60 made the transition appear more frequently when Nick is speaking which I like the look of better.
    You can adjust these transition times in blender by moving each mesh forward and backward, just make sure you have the base flex highlighted when you do it. Just know that adjusting one mesh can change the transition time of the other mouth mesh so test them each before exporting to .smd

    Hey can I ask where or how you learned to do playermodel modding? I've been trying to get into making custom survivors but I can't seem to find any beginner friendly guide on how to do so. So far I only know hex editing but It breaks online animations

      In Edit Mode, there are three ways to select a part of the model;
      Vertex, Edges, and Faces.
      Faces just means to select the polygons of a model. Edges are the lines, and vertex selection are the dots that connect each polygon.
