Great video, can social housing work on south housing values as I understand mortgage rates are 2% higher than normal?

Yeah can work in the south mate but higher financial barrier to entry

How do you find and manage these deals in the north. I really like the idea of JV but get a feeling it could be messy distributing the money and the future hand down of wealth etc …

@@harveygrowthproperties No, I was just responding to your choice of language. 'Exposed' is usually used in a negative context. So, I didnt bother spending time on it.
