Civil society, SCI: facilitating the transfer of the business

Holding the business property in a civil company directly owned by family members (the property is not registered as an asset of the company) facilitates the transfer: the child taking over can receive the securities of the operational company; the children not taking over the shares of the civil company.
If the property is registered as an asset of the company, the child taking over can receive the securities of the operational company; the children not taking over the shares of the civil company.
