Your assistant need to grab the kite by the ear (extreme side). Not by the middle. Ear is how we say it in France

Nice video, but the woman doesn't grab the kite right, it isn't an LEI you are supposed to grab a wingtip on the leading edge side. If the wind is strong she wouldn't be able to grab the kite there, without working her way up the kite, this is when it can all go wrong. If I end up having to land without someone knowing what to do, it's piss easy, just to ask a passer by to 'grab' a wing tip. I've had 80yr old pensioners do this for me, never failed. I also don't know anyone that takes the bar and lines off the bridles. Try doing that when it's blowing 35 knots + :)
The eagle eyed foil flyer will also spot that the guy hasn't wrapped the kite up at the end the same as he unravelled it, in the beginning. At the start the kite was rolled up like an LEI (And actually a method I prefer) but at the end he uses a tip to tip method, one I'm not fond of as I find bridle mess a bit of a thing, but many other foilers I know do.

A lot of bad information here on how to properly handle a foil kite(not a "ram air" kite)
