    sir, I don't understand about the Pacinian corpuscle adaptation, I still can't imagine how does it work,. would you please make an explanation about it thank you

      Hey Fakhri, the Pacinian Corpuscle's exhibit fast adaption meaning that they only respond to changes in stimuli strength. Put simply, once pressure is applied to the Pacinian receptor an action potential is created, but if constant pressure is applied then the receptor will quickly adapt to the constant pressure as the new "normal" and no longer produce an action potential. Once the constant pressure is removed, the receptor senses this new change in pressure and it is once again stimulated to fire an action potential. So fast adapting receptors (like the Pacinian corpuscle) are sensing a change in the environment. Whereas slowing adapting receptors will continue to "fire" with constant pressure and provide information regarding time and intensity of the stimulus/pressure. I hope this helps
