The demos for these songs have been available since the early to mid 90’s.
This was on a single tape B-side... In 1994 I used to convince my friends it was me playing.
If This is just the demo, imagine the sound of the whole álbum! Cant wait for it!
Hope they keep the instrumental pieces of their past four álbums

This was the 2nd riff I learnt on guitar when I was young in the 90's. Come As You Are was the 1st.

This reminded me of a fond memory of my recently deceased Dad - Band practice was in session at home & the neighbours rang & asked for the music to be turned down. To which Dad replied "No, theyve got to practise somewhere you know!" Bless him. 🎶💕

Always loves this demo! Along with Unforgiven & NEM.. The Black album was the best new album of my high school days 😎 It's release & tour was my high school days! 😂 Back when we had to physically go to the local record store to look/ask for new releases 🤘🏻 The newsagents were our updates on tours, and ways to purchase the rare shit that the local record stores didn't stock.
30 years later.. Still my favourite band, still releasing great music, and before covid hit.. Helping fans like myself fulfilling their dream of seeing them live, and meeting the band behind the music that got you through some good and bad times over the years.. Thanks James, Lars, Kirk, and Rob for keeping the train rolling for the old & new generation of fans 🤘🏻😎🇦🇺

They need to remaster The Call of Ktulu and bring that lead bass out more, one of the most killer songs made.
I suggest you check out Ahdy Khairat, he does remixes of Metallica songs. They end up sounding like like completely different songs. Often times the bass will be right there with the guitars even on AJFA.

The remaster of Ride the Lightning from 2014 definitely brings that bass out more, especially if you listen on high quality headphones or stereo

Sound production really matters a lot. Modern bands almost have no proper reverb at all. Way too dry, even drier than ... And Justice For All.

Reminds me of “...A year and a half in the life of Metallica” the 3 1/2 hour documentary they released that captured demos, recording, release and tour of the Black album, and I would love to see a remaster of that to go along with the remaster release of the album
