Finally.. an accurate film of a panic attack..
thank you for this. I need people to see this video so they understand how my anxiety works. I always have uncontrollable hyperventilation, my vision blurs, my hands go numb, shake violently, and i become horribly nauseous and normally throw up because of it. Thanks for this film ❤️

once I felt a really bad panic attack coming on during class, I started to tear up and my heart was beating really fast so I got up and asked to go to the bathroom, in the bathroom I broke down and had a huge panic attack, when I got back I got in trouble for how long I was in the bathroom for and people kept asking me why my eyes were red and why my arms had scratch marks on them, I couldn't answer because no one knows I have anxiety or depression so I just ignored then and stayed in the bathroom for the whole of lunch

i feel like it even worse when ur in class cuz the anxiety of having an attack in front of everyone and trying to hold ur breath and stop it makes it feel worse. :(

A very well done video, it totally describes my state, I used to get anxiety attacks out of nowhere sudden fear of going insane, not understanding what's going on and always feeling nauseous. Thank god I got over it it's been almost a year since i didn't have it, u just need to believe that u can get rid of it once u believe in that and make your life busy and be always surrounded by friends. I remember the worst thought I would get would be: I'm scared to have another attack, anxiety can never be cured, I have to deal with this my whole entire life..etc now it's just something from the past and I'm grateful for every second I'm living! if u ever wanna talk about it I'm here and would be glad to help

Happened to me all the time at school and it just gave people a chance to judge, talk behind me back and look at me like i'm useless and need to man up. All i wanted to do was man up and go about life like everyone else and all my brain thought about was how much worse i was to everyone else. The people who don't have this really need to consider themselves lucky.

I think it's worse to experience them as a male.

Thank you so much! Sometimes I can control it and sometimes I can't. What's important is that you don't judge yourself and take care of yourself
