First of all nice video hunter ! no one mentions to the floor for push and pull... does this remain consistent now? The times have improved significantly due to the different carpet You complained the carpet in Chicago, was it not the same carpet in Stockholm ? If they change again you will lose time there. Or iam wrong ?
Hey Hunter Definitely some time to gain on the rowing machine by improving your technique and i’m talking about 10-15s here. Maybe you should look into working a few sessions with a rower because your technique could definitely be better (although it’s already good). Much support from France
Tbh hyrox is a bit of a joke.. the way the referees are educated on the stations is a bit shallow. plus hyrox dublin was a disaster.. there was only one referee per station, the stations where soaking wet, there was 4 races happening at one time, there where crowds of 20 people crossing in front of you, the stations wernt even setup in order, the list goes on. It added 12 mins to our times.. very underwhelming. When the mens pro winning time is 1:06 you know there’s something wrong
