Appreciate when they zoom in on the screens of the skierg and rower so we can see the pace
To the two Laurens- yes it's absolutely a positive model for women- we can be strong, competitive women and have families and full lives and achieve amazing things. I'm working hard for an age-group spot for next year in the over 60's 😊
Wow have you IG? I’m 65 doing CF. I love to see Masters
They downed the entire race without taking a sip of water? CRAZAY
As an AG triathlete and lover of multisport, I find interesting insights in this format of exercise, combining endurance and aerobic power, with functional strength. I would suggest more "natural" strength exercise, (like squat jumps, burbees, push ups) to be less tied to machines. So really it could be for everyone, even people who like fitness but not gyms
Burpees broad jumps are burpees and squat jumps.
Less tired? Why? you must be more tired. Burpee has a push up.
Wow! Freaking awesome. I like this better than CrossFit!
Well no . Not Better just different and easier .
Je suis surpris de ne pas voir Lauren Week descendre davantage sur ses wall ball !!
Lauren looked a little shallow on those wallballs compared to Megan, doesn't detract from a great performance.
Je trouve aussi que la flexion était beaucoup moins marquée que celle de Megan, suis surpris de la passivité du commissaire..
Agreed every rep looked too shallow.
Most wallballs are way too high across the board
Facts... So bad
Why tf don't you display a timer on screen with the splits from the various sections?
Miriam Von roy?
What kind of shoes does Lauren weeks have on!
Saucony‘s I think ❤
@@ginamarie5575 your correct! Thank you Beautiful ❤️

That technique of row is awful. Shame. Weird they did not train it.
Not to mention their damper settings.
Those wallballs weren't deep enough.
All those guys congregating roubd you when you have a ton of wall balls to do must be a real suck if you are the person last on the floor. Always finish my crossfit workouts to avoid this "attention" ..
I think the big difference between crossfit and this sport is that it's based on community and mutual support.
So as you can see, which by the way this is the Elite/Pro category, every athlete supports each other.
And at the end of the day, it's not about giving you pressure or the attention that's looking to embarrass you, it's about giving you the incentive to do your best. Alongside you there will be more people of other categories and ages giving their best. I think that's beautiful.
@@Fabominguez Hum...So you think Crossfit is not about community and mutual support ? Have you ever tried Crossfit ? Met people during a wod ? If not, you should. Daily Crossfit is not what you see at the Games, but it's ALL about community, support, and friendship. Just try
@@thierrydelauze2488 I saw support at the Games as well. It’s true what you say. CF go almost 10 years. 10 opens.
