The issuance curve shouldn't be changed imo it'll just make LSTs and especially centralised staking services king. Many solo stakers don't make much. Maybe there is a way to reward decentralization instead. Eg. Client diversity, geographic distribution, nodes? 🤔
I think Ethereum is mostly done. The roadmap is impossivle to achieve. There will never be a deventralized L2 that will accept to pay fees to Ethereum once they reach a superior size in tvl to Ethereym. They would simply want to pivot to an L1 and save all the fees it should pay to ETH. Simple economics

you should try using an Ethereum L2 and compare that experience with Solana for a more apples - apples comparison (instant tx, cheaper, no slippage bs, deep liquidity, advanced dapps, etc)

People consider risk a lot. That's why many people don't restake or don't stake at all with some ETH.
