LINK was the next crypto i bought after BTC. It was the next white paper I read after Satoshi. Sergey blew the clouds away with his vision of blockchain and crypto. Most holistic comprehensive view of what it's all about. Fantastic conversation. Can't thank you guys enough for doing it. 🤩🤩🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Sounds like Chainlink/CCIP is designed a lot like Avalanche, and the current internet for that matter. Multiple networks running in parallel with isolated risk and checks and balances throughout interop of the system. Extremely bullish on both. AVAX, LINK.
With that said, why wouldn't you use the project (Chainlink) that has the complete vertical rather than a single piece of the puzzle? Or using multiple companies to solve your problems? Interested in hearing your take.
Sure, Chainlink acts as a middleware for verifiable computation while something like Avalanche (Evergreen Subnets in this case) is where the smart contracts and assets reside. So while you would use Chainlink for price feeds, automation, APIs, etc, Avalanche acts as a layer for settlement, execution and tokenization. Each are needed and the best at what they do

Finally, a real project with utility, instead of the wall-to-wall alt-L1 grift Blockworks has been pushing.
