MALAI TIKKA BIRYANI IS LAYERED WITH DELICIOUS MALI TIKKA CHUNKS WITH SPECIAL CREAMY MASALA TO MAKE IT A DOUDBLE DELICIOUS TREAT FOR ALL BIRYANI LOVERS
Chicken Malai Tikka Biryani | Chicken Malai Boti Biryani | White Chicken Biryani
Ingredients:
For Chicken Malai Tikka
-Yogurt - ¼ cup
-Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
-Green chilli crushed 1 tbs
-Lemon juice - 1/2 piece
-Fresh cream - 3 tbs
- White pepperpowder 1tsp
-Salt -1 tsp or to taste
-Boneless chicken cubes 750g
-Cheddar cheese grated 2 to 3 tbs
oil for Basting as required
a piece of charcoal for smoky flavour
For Biryani Masala
Cooking Oil - 3 tbs
Green chillies-7-8
-Garlic cloves 10 to 12
-Ginger 2 inch piece
-Onion sliced 2 medium sized
-Fresh coriander 1-2 tbs
-Mint leaves 1-2 tbs
- Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
- Star Anise -2
-Cloves 5 to 6
-Green cardamom 4 to 5
- Black Cardamom - 2
- Cinnamon stick - 2inches
- Bay leaves - 2
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Cashew paste - 1/4 cup
-Mayonaisse - 3 tbs
- Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup
-coriander seeds powder - 1 tsp
-Fennel seeds powder 1 tsp
-White pepper powder 1 tsp
-Salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Rice 750g
-Mint leaves chopped 1-2 tbs
-Fresh coriander)chopped 1-2 tbs
-Onion fried
- Clarified Butter 2 to 3 tbs
- Kewra water optional

Hello i have a question, is the weight of rice 750g cooked rice or uncooked rice? I am going to make 4 cups of rice should i use the recipe just like that or double it?
