Most of my DeWiz numbers are good. I wish there was guidance on how to improve my IDDx and IDDy numbers. This seems to be an area where I can find tune my swing.
My friend is your height and he has a pretty long backswing which is 165 cm. It’s hard to say “average backswing” as everyone is different. I would say “average” would be maybe 140 for driver, but again use the discovery mode and find out what your backswing is. One thing is certain, if you lengthen your backswing you will hit the ball further!
