Is there any way to change the colors of either the backswing or the downswing line? For some of us, blue and green look almost the same and it’s hard to distinguish when looking at them on a mobile phone….

I bought a deWiz back in February but it wasn’t until a couple of weeks ago I started really using it with discovery mode for keeping on plane. I seemed to do ok with that as between the time I bought it and tried it I took some lessons. I took it out while playing in course mode, but I’m having a hard time with checking and entering details on each shot as I need to keep pace with other players and not have my head buried in my phone. I also duplicate shots and don’t know which one to delete, so I delete the 1st one assuming it was my practice swing. So I went to see the stats after playing and it ends up being an overwhelming amount of stats and wish it would over me an overall evaluation. So I quit wearing it in the course and now have thought of using next for the back swing and getting it longer would be my next way of using my deWiz, and now you came out with this fantastic tutorial on what I want to do next with it. I will give it a go next chance I get in the coming month, so thanks as this way seems to be the best way for me to learn how to use my deWiz!!! 😊😊😊

Hold on, in one of your videos you say the fastest part of the swing is from the top of the backswing to halfway down the downswing. Now you say to drop your arms. Make up your mind, you cant have it both ways, all you are doing is confusing the shit out of me.

Just received my deWiz. Learned a bunch without even having a club

this movement for me has been a great changer of my ball flight.this is similar to the flexing/bowing of the wrist movement at the top of swing for me.i can feel the wrist movement better than I can the forearm pro/supination. John

This is complete lies. You're insinuating that the Dewiz fixes your over the top in 5 swings? The Dewiz can't fix any part of your swing even with 1000 swings. It's good at telling you what you're doing wrong, and that is a great thing. But it provides no instructions on how to correct. Even your website lacks that information. So you then need to Google and search for potential fixes that might not actually be the way to fix your specific issue with coming over the top. Nonetheless, I'll keep using trial and error to find ways of shallowing my transition and use the Dewiz to tell me if it's working.

Hit em great at the range today using this swing thought. Not sure why ive never heard it or anything similar to it before though. I've read a pretty good amount about the golf swing as well.

He is practising a feel he will be trying to replicate in his swing, probably to compensate for some other error he is trying to remove. He won’t be doing that same motion, hence the expression ‘feels are not real’, he might only be doing a fraction of that feel, and it is only appropriate to his swing at that moment in time - in a few months he might be using a different feel and so using a different drill. Amateurs also have no sidebend in their backswing, leading to the angle of their shoulders being far less than it is for pros (25-27 degrees vs 40-42 degrees), which is a big cause of the trail shoulder being thrown OTT during the transition.

I also like to put a towel under both of my arm pits when practicing with a wedge. Helps make sure I’m staying connected and not flipping through impact.

The best part of buying my DeWiz is the priceless explanations (from you) that come with it and the ability to measure what you are advocating. I have taking many lessons from top 100 Golf digest instructors but none compare to the lesson instructions that you provide. I own a golf simulator that measures comprehensively both the club and ball parameters, a Liveview Camera system and a HackMotion watch. All of these are valuable tools/aids to help improve ones golf ability but in my opinion the DeWiz watch should be a golfer's first purchase. For serious golfers that want to improve, buying the DeWiz watch is a must.

Do the IDDX and IDDY desired numbers differ pending on the type of shot being played? In a full swing I can relate to the preferred X and Y numbers but in a short pitch/chip shot I am struggling to achieve similar numbers. Thanks

There is something very compelling about the way this guy delivers instruction. The DeWiz is the best golf purchase I have ever made, outside of golf clubs. I look forward to practicing both at the range and at home. You also feel you are part of a club. It’s expensive but it’s a world class device.

I bought the deWiz and unit 1 failed after 2 weeks, unit 2 failed after 1 week, unit 3 didn’t even work at the start, very disappointed, as I really wanted this to work.

Isn’t there a risk that the club face becomes open to the path when the club shallows? How do I manage this?

Just received my watch. Started doing this great drill. I can't get the watch to pick up on my swing with or without a club 95% of the time. Am I doing something wrong since I'm a new user?

This update is currently only available on iOS. An addition for Android is in the works and should be completed in the near future.

My discovery mode does not have the arrows for me to record the direction on my swing. When I try to use on course mode, it says it's working and waiting for a swing connect to to the unit. What the unit never gives me. The indication that it's ready 2. Accept the swing and when I swing. Nothing happens

Just hit 20 shots, average transition is -2 all of them slice/strong fade. What metric do I check next?

This is great, but it would good to see pre/post screenshots of the entire datapoints to see how a change in the length of backswing impacts a change in transition, steepening/shallowing, IDDx, and IDDy. It can be easy to lengthen the backswing, but hard to keep all the other variables in a good place
