I know you think that shade isn't right for you, but that's one of the best shade matches you've had in a while! I know you also prefer more neutral tones, but I think something with a bit more pinkish tones is good for you.
Change out the sprayer on the setting spray u dont like! I traded out my Flower Beauty setting spray nozzle with a loreal one... you'd be surprised how many fit on different bottles!

I've been really frustrated to see L'Oreal push their prices so high. It's ok if you just want to buy one product, but if I want to buy 3 or 4 products, it gets pretty pricey. The good news is that brands like Elf, Wet n Wild, Essence and others have maintained low prices on their foundations ans other products. I am a frugal shopper, so I don't know if I will try this one or not... maybe this summer! It sure did look gorgeous on you, Jessica!
Thank you!!! I got so frustrated at the beginning of the video that she was joking about purchasing $64 worth of foundation and concealer! That’s not including the other $60 that went on the rest of her face. I remember a time when her channel was about drugstore at a reasonable price. It’s just not what the normal consumer can afford to do when just trying out a few new face products. When I see RUclipsrs like Jess push this as ‘normal’ it really makes me sad. This is unrealistic for the common woman, period. And I totally get that she is here to test the cosmetics for the viewer, but if you have been around her channel (and RUclips beauty in general) as long as I have, it becomes disheartening when even the most down to earth youtubers are swept up in the consumerist, ‘I can afford it so obviously my audience can to’ mentality. I know I sound harsh, but it’s just the way it is.

So when it comes to drugstore makeup be weary of pricing ulta, drugstores like rite aid, Walgreens & CVS will always have a higher mark up. Walmart/Target will always have the best pricing because the bulk of their business isn’t coming from makeup/beauty. Also typically after something has launched and new products are now flushed into the everyday wall set pricing will drop after a few months. I’m a beauty manager for a Texas grocer and I started seeing this consistently happening once I moved into the Beauty department. But so glad you tested this out typically all skin makeup you like works out for me. When we were resetting our aisle to incorporate all these new items I was so excited for that dew spray so much!!!

So this week we have $2.50 off revlon and also a bogo for maybelline running right now. So cvs/Walgreens typically never run a better deal for me to shop with them. I always plan my purchases for various things depending what I can get a discount on. For me and I live in Texas I always buy drugstore makeup at my job (HEB) Target or Ulta. H-E-B offers great weekly coupons, Target w/ their cartwheel and red card discounts and then Ulta rewards program is phenomenal in addition with regular coupons.

The only issue with the CYO is that it's never in stores, so one has to order it online from Walgreens (you can ship free to store). This foundation has 14-15 shades, so I've heard finding the right shade can be tricky, as not a lot of undertone options. But I hear the formula is AMAZING if you can find a shade that works for you.
Jessica, you are neutral with tendency towards cool toones. That is why foundations look very yellow on you. Foundations with just a little bit of pink would look a bit better on you
Yes, I am a fair neutral that leans cool tone especially in the Winter, in the summer i can get away with warm tones if i have had some sun. It's very hard finding foundation because neutrals are sometimes hard to find, i do like loreal because they do try to include neutrals just sometimes I still find them a bit on the warm side :(
I started using the L’Oreal Shake and Glow mist because of you. I adore it. It is perfect. It makes my skin have the perfect amount of shine. I use it as a primer then a setting spray. I haven’t picked up my urban decay all nighter spray since. Thank you so much for recommending!!

I want to begin by saying, I’m not a foundation girl. They always have felt gross on my skin or they oxidized quickly, etc. The only foundation I’ve ever truly liked is the Wet&Wild cushion foundation, but still, I only used it as a concealer, not all over my face. I was skeptical buying this foundation & concealer, but y’all, I Freaking Love them! They last all day, look natural, and feel very comfortable. I have combination skin and it balanced out both. I didn’t get oily in my t-zone & following your advice in another video, I didn’t powder my under eye after application & it looked perfect (not crepe-y) at the end of 8hrs of wear. Legit, turned me into a believer.

I had the same experience with the dewy flower spray but today I tried spraying my sponge and just tapping the areas that looked dry or that I wanted some highlight on and it was awesome!

I love it. The pen side is great for hair like strokes and the pencil, pomade side is really pigmented and glides on the skin beautifully. I've only used cheaper brow products, and this blows those out of the water. I'm very happy I bought it

I had the same problem with the Flower beauty setting spray. I usually just go over my face with a beauty blender super lightly after I spray it and it seems to get rid of those dots.

That foundation stick is so nice! I mix it with a tinted moisturizer and use it for my everyday foundation. But I haven’t seen any RUclipsr try it on camera or talk about it at all!
I have oily skin and mature skin. I love this foundation. I set it with my fit me powder and this lasts all day. I set it with the Milani make it last setting spray. So this will work for oily skin!

I’ve been using this foundation for 3 days and I hated it. On day 4 I didn’t using any powder over it on my T zone. It was so amazing. I got so many compliments! I saw the loose eye shadows at Ulta on clearance. By the way I love the blue sponge!! Jess your makeup looked so pretty.

I bought this and have only tried it once. I ended up with too much on and it looked weird. I'm excited to try it again with just a thin layer because it looks so pretty on all the people I've seen try it! I also like Loreal's shade range the best of any drugstore line I've found, so that's part of why I'm excited.

Dump the FLOWER setting spray, keep the bottle! Put a different setting spray in it!

It took me awhile to figure out you need to shake the Flower setting sprays before every use, otherwise you get weird droplets.

The L'Oréal foundation is also cheaper on Amazon Prime at the moment if you know your shade. I think it's around $11.97.

I am obsessed with this foundation. I had just purchased a much more expensive NARS one a few weeks ago, but saw this one on a review and picked it up on a whim. Love it!
I want to begin by saying, I’m not a foundation girl. They always have felt gross on my skin or they oxidized quickly, etc. The only foundation I’ve ever truly liked is the Wet&Wild cushion foundation, but still, I only used it as a concealer, not all over my face.
I was skeptical buying this foundation & concealer, but y’all, I Freaking Love them! They last all day, look natural, and feel very comfortable. I have combination skin and it balanced out both. I didn’t get oily in my t-zone & following your advice in another video, I didn’t powder my under eye after application & it looked perfect (not crepe-y) at the end of 8hrs of wear. Legit, turned me into a believer.
I think that's probably my favorite look so far it looks so natural beautiful you've inspired me to try it the foundation the glow spray and the cheek blush all very beautiful colors

I had the same experience with the dewy flower spray but today I tried spraying my sponge and just tapping the areas that looked dry or that I wanted some highlight on and it was awesome!

I love it. The pen side is great for hair like strokes and the pencil, pomade side is really pigmented and glides on the skin beautifully. I've only used cheaper brow products, and this blows those out of the water. I'm very happy I bought it

I like the Pixi spray bottles so I save those and put the spray I like in those because they actually open

I had the same problem with the Flower beauty setting spray. I usually just go over my face with a beauty blender super lightly after I spray it and it seems to get rid of those dots.

That foundation stick is so nice! I mix it with a tinted moisturizer and use it for my everyday foundation. But I haven’t seen any RUclipsr try it on camera or talk about it at all!

I have oily skin and mature skin. I love this foundation. I set it with my fit me powder and this lasts all day. I set it with the Milani make it last setting spray. So this will work for oily skin!
I haven’t been into any of the makeup in RUclips videos lately but wow this is so up my ally, so natural and healthy looking, and easy few products! I have been slapping amber rush on my eyelids for two years, and now I really want that peachy bronze shadow to mix it up 😲.

I’ve been using this foundation for 3 days and I hated it. On day 4 I didn’t using any powder over it on my T zone. It was so amazing. I got so many compliments! I saw the loose eye shadows at Ulta on clearance. By the way I love the blue sponge!! Jess your makeup looked so pretty.
It’s like back in the day when everything was compared to Mac. Like MAC pro longwear concealer and the lipsticks.
The L’Oréal foundation stick is my current fave! I’d love to see you review it. I spray my face with the Pixi Glow mist before going in with the stick and I love it. Glowy and beautiful!

I bought this and have only tried it once. I ended up with too much on and it looked weird. I'm excited to try it again with just a thin layer because it looks so pretty on all the people I've seen try it! I also like Loreal's shade range the best of any drugstore line I've found, so that's part of why I'm excited.

The flower setting spray is awesome! Maybe try getting a new spray head? I have not had an issue with white spots and my bottle is almost gone. Just a thought. Thank you for doing what you do!
