Yes of course. It's getting worse. According to UKRINFORM? If you are talking about the P77, then it has several options and a range of up to 197 km. Your AIM is up to 120. You don’t have any air missiles with a range greater than 200. The Russians have several types of missiles ~400 km.
From strike missiles - you don't have supersonic/hypersonic missiles at all. Only subsonic old Tomahawks like mammoth shit and something like a subsonic Shadow flying up to 1200 km. The nuclear shield is also quite rotten. Minuteman development 70s, Trident 80s. The newest rocket was manufactured in 1991. The last test failed.
