If dairy Milk was our natural diet we would be drawn to it ..it would be sweet or tangy or tasteful and even colorful ...instead it tastes disgusting . We use all kinds of stuff to flavour it and sweeten it . We aint drawn to the udders of a cow / another animal. Fruit on the other hand has invitation in big bold letters written on it . Its appealing to the eyes and smells awesome when ripe .Its juicy its succulent and its ready to eat . Its so satisfying that even the mere mention of it makes me want to eat it , like right now . In experiments it was found that even with 20 servings a day of fruits a day ..we dont gain weight but lose it , along with BP and cholestrol . Imagine if we had 20 servings of high cholestrol high fat milk what it would do to us ??? MIlk makes you chubby, makes you puffy and puts you at a risk for cardiovascular disease and diabetes .
While I appreciate Dr Nandita for being the speaker she is . I wanna congratulate the Person who shot and edited the video .As a youtuber i know he did a fab job . There is one Qn that has also bothered me ..just like meat we have also been conditioned to cook the starches , make them softer and add salt and condiments before we can eat them . I know they are very healthy being naturally high in fiber and nutrients . BUt the cooking bit always bothers me . If we didnt have harversting tools or fire I wonder how easily we would eat whole grains and beans etc . That doesnt mean i support meat eating but im thinking if eating such hard grains is natural to us . I would not salivate if I look at a field of wheat / rice ..would you ? I don't even salivate when i look at cucumbers and tomatoes . Yes i salivate whenever i see any fruit , almost any fruit .

what do young parents do ? after mothers milk / not enough mothers milk ..for an infant as young as 3 months or less it always formula milk, thats prescribed .... ..what is the substitute that is easily digestable and plant based ?? quite puzzled ...
Do you mean what about animal proteins? You will get all the protein you need from plants. Plants are the original manufacturers of proteins anyway. Herbivorous animals also get proteins from plants.
Hello Ma'am, how about pesticides on the fruits n veggies, apples have wax. Any idea on lectins in some veggies . How about probiotics from curd, yoghurt. How about organic milk and curd
