That India is and will be a punya bhoomi, blessed by god, is clear from the very fact that such an organization as Sharan exists in this country alone--in the teeth of medicine 2.0 which survives on disease symptoms and has never thought of prtventing lifestyle diseases at all! GOD BLESS YOU! PROF.DR SADASIVAN ,KERALA.

4-5 chilli crowns are not sufficient for those quantities of peanut-rice mylk. It does work only if you are making a starter culture batch with less plant mylk. I have had umpteen failures till I discovered this. And if you want to make with larger quantities of plant mylk, chilli crowns and chilli pieces of around 3 whole chillies do the trick. Small quantities of any starter other than existing vegan dahi/ commercial vegan dahi simply don't work.

Not really as it's a bee based, not whole etc. We never recommend.

When I grind peanuts it stays soft and dry such that I can press it and form a ball. It does not become pouring consistency. Can u pls help?

Make sure that the peanuts are well roasted, on a low flame so that they do not burn but also so that they harden sufficiently. In a good grinder, grind till powder, scrape off the sides till its all in the centre again and keep grinding. Eventually it becomes butter and if you grind even more it becomes even more fluid.
