At Crystal Cove (watch the episode) there is a great place called the "Beachcomber Cafe" and every day at Sunset they raise a martini flag while everyone salutes (yeah really!). So Kevin decided our cocktail for today is going to be the Beachcomber!
Beachcomber
1.5 ozs light rum
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz orange liqueur (he uses Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao but Grand Marnier or Cointreau is ok)
.25 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
.25 oz (or less, to taste) simple syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice in cocktail shaker and pour into well chilled martini glass. At sunset, salute nearest martini flag!
