This live event was recorded during "Negroni Week" (really) so our featured drink is the "Irish Negroni" with equal parts Irish Whisky, Campari and sweet or red vermouth. Stir with a lot of ice and pour either up or over a nice single cube and serve with an orange peel (my favorite part)

When you talk to an Irish person, tell them something meaningful and personal. Your story will be spread far and wide. In the sharing, it will begin with, "I met this fella/woman from over in Toronto and they told me...". Small stories travel best. You'll not be forgotten.

A wee dram of whisky comes from your nearest and dearest neighbor in Scotland, don't try to change you accent for anyone, remember when you get to meet some after a few hours or days you no longer hear people's accents or notice their colour, you have already got past that, you are now meeting someone you know and that is just the way life should be

Remember when you get to meet some after a few hours or days you no longer hear people's accents or notice their colour, you have already got past that, you are now meeting someone you know and that is just the way life should be
