I had my first Pfizer shot 6 days ago, no side effects, I didn't feel anything, just a sore arm for 12 hours, went to the gym 4 hours after my shot and did the stationary bike for 1 hour! I'm hoping to travel by the end of this summer.

Two great places to have morning coffee is in Mykonos on the waterfront with all the local men and in Hydra watching the donkeys and horses deliver groceries to grocery stores and restaurants. No cars and trucks on Hydra.
Other safety travel tip: I found not to be on the top level of the double- decker bus in London at night, when only one other rider was there moving closer and closer to me, I saw him in the mirror, and then went downstairs before he got too close.
