My first Halo game, loved it then went on to play Halo 1, 2, ODST, Reach, and the rest and honestly the soundtracks are amazing. I used to chill in one spot just to enjoy the soundtrack.

I can hardly think of a videogame franchise that I can describe as "timeless" the way Halo does. I might have just started getting involved with it about a year ago, but god damn, the Bungie saga just never gets old, maybe graphics, and that even hardly, the artistic vision, the music, the gameplay, it's all just in a masterclass that never stops being good.
@@Dapper_Dad Yeah, I also started playing Destiny 2 by Season of the Haunted and got completely caught up to speed with friends of mine, got all hooked with Witch Queen and then Lightfall happened, and I was sincerely worried about how The Final Shape would finally turn out, and I'm glad it was a major success, but now with what's happening, it's such a bummer.
This was the first fps game I've played at 6 years old, I do not regret any of the memories I did, the glitches, easter eggs, split screen, man, halo just had a different feeling
Bungie has some very good soundtracks, just impressed by these masterpieces. I listen every day. These instrumentals are the best I've ever listened to. Very deep.
I hope they remake Peril in Infinite like they did with the Walk songs. It's one of the most calming songs in the series. I'll always remember fighting alongside ODSTs for the first time with it playing. And fighting through Brutes on High Charity, hearing Truth talk over the loudspeaker while Peril quietly plays in the background.
Got the achievement for completing all campaigns on Legendary today... God what an amazing game their will always be a special place for HAL0 in my heart. P.s the Series X is amazing!

Words can’t describe how perfect this song was for those long halo missions on warzones. The song has a good mix of beats that sound calm and easygoing but express the severity of the situation. And if we look at it from the perspective of the marines and Chief it would be the same tone. Serious and dangerous, yet to them it’s just another day at the office.
I love these, I do. I love the games, the music, the book. But there's always this part of me that aches when I listen too or relive the battles. Something about how what was can never be again, and that all we've left is too look forward too the whimsical mimicries of, or choosing to stay back with what we loved.
