🌟Kali is a dude of EXTREMES!!! It doesn't matter what he is doing in ANY area of his Life, he is over-the-top EXTREME! When you understand that, then you take what Kali says with a grain of salt!!😉
I think he's tripping ball because even though 🍉 is awesome tastes good & good for you rinde & all he could add other fruits & vegetables with his 🍉 diet... But he looks like he is sick like a cancer patient & that's no cool that's a big weight loss
All valid points! 💪 I think watermelon is an awesome fruit, as I said in the video low sodium, cholesterol free, super low calorie count, but I agree with you it wouldn’t hurt to add in other sources of nutrition! Thanks for commenting 🙂
Don't knock a man's hussle, he is trying to change , all people make mistakes , humans lived only on fruits for centuries xD he's probably healthier than you now
100% respect his hustle no doubt! 🙌 As I mentioned in my video I’m a fan of his channel & admire what Kali’s doing to rectify his mistakes 👏 And you’re right, with this new lifestyle he is in better health than most influencers for sure! It is worth noting that the demographics who lived on fruit-only diets did not need to factor in nutritional deficiencies, stress-related oxidative stress or in this specific case recovery from a severe CTO related trauma. But regardless I’m still a big fan of Kali and watch his videos every day! 🙂 Thanks for commenting! 🙏
@20FreeWill totally valid point mate! Worth that most of those populations lived on a variety of macro & micro nutrients as well as trace minerals/vitamins from a number of fruits, as opposed to living on 1 fruit with 4 nutrients & compromised of 92% water. Still not knocking Kali though maddest respect for turning his life around! I’m still a fan & a subscriber of his! 😀 Thanks for commenting mate 🙏
Fair point! 🙂 As I touched on in the video we’ve had plenty of clients of ours in the past use this concept for specific health issues & it’s great! Thanks for your comment mate! 🙏
Totally fair point! And yes a 30 day watermelon fast has a load of advantages as I mentioned in the video ✊ Definitely not slagging off the watermelon challenge! 🙂 My concern was more targeted at the fact that this specific fast/challenge is not particularly beneficial for someone who has suffered something as serious as CTO. There certainly are a ton of other diets clinically suited to specific coronary damage/recovery so I do find it interesting that he’s chosen to commit to this one 🤔 Regardless I still think he’s doing a great job with his new direction 🙌 Thanks for your comment mate 🙏🙂
You’re not wrong! 🙂 I think the watermelon diet is ideal for dropping weight/body fat. Just not sure if focusing on looks alone is the wisest move after surviving something as serious as a Widowmaker heart attack 😳 Hey at least he’s preaching the good word & helping young athletes move in the right direction so more power to him ✊🙂 Thanks for your comment mate! 🙏
It's easy to get clicks by commenting on a well known person's regimen, by regurgitating what the medical industry has established as "the norm." To be fair, the medical establishment (specifically allopathic medicine) has clearly outed itself as being focused on "treatment" (which is often the *cause* of problems, but let's not go there), and not healthy lifestyle. Much academic literature on diet is not only unscientific, but at its core is intended to be harmful and cause sickness, for the sake of medical profitability and population control. The guy is doing a month on a specific diet. He didnt say its adequate permanently. And it may in fact be a lot more beneficial than all the critique it's getting
Firstly mate thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed comment, I do appreciate it! 🙂 All totally valid points you bring up, absolutely with you on allopathic conventional medicine & their outdated data & treatments being unscientific - brilliant points couldn’t agree with you more 👌 My opinion (and it’s just an opinion 🙂) has been carved out after 2 decades in the nutrition game (and we’ve used the watermelon diet on our clients too) but my video was geared more toward it being used with TCO patients rather than the diet itself - note that I gave the WM diet a ton of praise in my video too 🙂 We are all here for the same reason - open discussion & I appreciate your input very much mate thanks for commenting 🙂
@@VenturaNutrition you mentioned that he should be giving a lot more specific advice regarding nutrition after his heart attack. Thing is, the guy isn't presenting himself as a nutrition expert. Also, he isn't putting forth a case for watermelon diet being optimal solution for treatment/prevention of what happened to him. And as I said, he isn't advocating for it as a permanent solution. He has also become very vocal against PED use/abuse. The guy is getting unwarranted criticism. Your thumbnail literally has "lost his mind," which is pretty aggressive, even in a time where people habitually use hyperbole for clicks. But I guess it's your channel. Cheers
Hi mate, once again all fair points you make - and yes in my personal opinion I do find it “crazy” (once again, just my opinion🙂) that someone who has survived a very VERY dangerous form of heart disease, would eliminate 74 essential nutrients from his diet, temporary or not. As mentioned in my video however, I respect Kali’s over all message, his new outlook for his family & his effort to rectify his wrongs. Would I put my clients on a WM diet? Sure 🙂 would I put a CTO patient on it? Debatable. In my country of New Zealand, 1 in every 3 deaths is as a result of heart attack - I simply would appreciate if public figures who have attention on them would use their experience to help out the 200 million Americans currently battling heart disease - but then some could argue that Kali is infact doing so by his new found stance against PEDs and over eating 💪 But hey mate I love these discussions and I’m always open to hearing everyone’s thoughts be it critical or praise so thank you for taking the time to stop by my channel & comment mate nothing but respect for your opinion & your knowledge 🙌🙏
@@VenturaNutrition fasting and sleep are basically the two best "medical treatments" there are with respect to lifestyle/health. I don't understand how a watermelon (or alternative) fast could be advised against, especially when there are no adverse effects experienced, and even in the case of a patient with his history. Even generally speaking, I'm extremely skeptical about officially specified "dietary requirements," which seems to be overstated and exaggerated for reasons I already mentioned. Anyways I suppose that specifically is a matter of opinion, so I'm not going to try convince anyone on that. Good on you for taking feedback. Cheers
Yes you are certainly right in a sense that health is very subjective! 🙂 That is also why in my video I mentioned that I personally think all diets work, because at the end of the day we are all on the same side fighting the same battle against illness & poor quality of life. It’s been a pleasure talking to you mate I hope to see you on my channel again, I’ve also taken everything you’ve said on board and will use it to improve my game 🙂 thanks a lot mate have a great week! 💪
No hate at all Rafael! 🙂 And you’re right mate he is just trying to do something positive 👏 As mentioned in the video I am a fan of his & watch his videos daily, this is just an observation on a diet that provides only 4 of 76 essential nutrients, particularly for a survivor of near fatal CTO. Nothing but admiration for Kali & the path he’s on 🙌 Thanks for commenting! 🙂

No worries just was giving my opinion , keep going :D bless u @@VenturaNutrition
I believe it’s more of a fast than an actual diet

Kali said he's doing the 30-day watermelon challenge. However, that's just for show. Behind the scene, he's eating other things. Don't be so naive! 😂
😅 Amazing! Love this mate. Thanks for your comment 😄🙏
Facts no way he gonna stay that muscular
❤
🙌❤️🙏🙂
The guy is trying out a watermelon challenge for 30 days what’s the big deal? he never said he’s doing a forever watermelon challenge.
