Question, because I thought your video on Dial Assist might be a solution. A friend had an unlisted iphone number. They had to add *82 before dialing number, in order for people to see their phone number on their display. Eventually they added the *82 to some of the contacts on their phone so it automatically dialed the *82. It was fine for a few years, then suddenly when they would call a few people, it would dial +82 not *82, which is Korea. It was entered correctly in their contacts, but the phone dialed it incorrectly. They even deleted the *82 from their contacts, yet it would still occasionally send their text or dial their phone call with +82 before the numbers. Any solutions on how to solve that? Verizon had no solutions that worked. Their location definitely is set up for United States, not Korea. Thank you.
