This was a really cool demo, thank you! I have a question though - I always thought that for sneakers, you need a bit of 'height' for the lasts because the cup soles' sides are hiding so much from the shoe upper. I thought you were going to somehow add a strip or two of leather to the bottom because of this. Or is it not really necessary?

can you remove the veg tan later?
Yes absolutely, you just reactivate the glue with a heat-gun and peel off the patches :)
Wouldn't you alter the sneaker mold instead? Now your shoes don't fit you...!
