Nice, you started it with ether, did it ever run again? also, fair enough. it started, after turning off did it ever atart again, with out help?

Put into a pickup and mate it to a manual transmission and get 100mpg by running it on waste vegetable oil through a 10micron filter

How much spray comes out of the fuel injector line with the new pump? I am thinking the pump puts out a high pressure and will spray a distance.
