The fact you returned the Tiffany necklace and Hermes blanket to the seller says alot about you.
I just couldn't keep it when i knew i only paid for boxes :)
Yes it does!! She’s got a wonderful heart and soul. ❤️
Oh my gosh..there is good in the world! Kat, I found $1500 in a pocket at a charity sale. I didn't find it until the day after the sale. I was young my best friend was going through a divorce and I gave it to her. I was young & stupid. I can't tell you how this wrong deed has affected me.
I was wanting to get membership to learn online auctions.....sending it now.. I'm Tisha
I'm a newbie to this reselling thing, but I love it! So glad I stumbled upon the idea shortly after losing my job, and during a time when I was ready to throw in the towel with life. I'm truly grateful for your videos, I've learned so much! I've always loved thrifting vintage linens, nightgowns, towels & decor., but had to stop for lack of space and I didn't need anything else.... I bought it for myself to wear or use, not for reselling. Recently I was gonna clear out my sheds and donate everything until I found out about reselling, now I don't even have to source....got 2 sheds full of my vintage, retro collections. Merry Mushroom, vanity fair, Cannon, Diane Von Furstenburg and more! I love my new job and my new life! Thanks Kat, you're one of the resellers that saved my life! No joke! ❤️
I'm so happy to hear that you've found me and reselling. It sounds like you've got some amazing stuff to get listed!
Merry Mushroom, what a cute name for a company!
Researching is one of my favorite things about reselling, but it is easy to go down rabbit holes 😂
Lol lol yes it is
Really warmed my heart to hear you returned the items found unexpectedly in the boxes. I would too, but I admit I would want to keep them but I would return as with you, I wouldn't have paid for them so it's the right thing to do. So glad you are an "influencer" :-). Well done.
Yes if it wasa buy this whole pileof things that's one thing if you find a treasures, but in this case it was you're buying empty boxes and those weren't so it was the right thing to do (I did keep the boxes they were in LOL)
I’m so grateful to keep working on my reselling business here on RUclips it’s such a unique and fun place! Great vid just found ya❤💍🛍️👑
I am too, and welcome :-)
I'm always surprised at the Lisa Frank prices.
It's only a few rare pieces from the 80s and 90s that go so high the majority don't
Congratulations on 100k subs!!! That's great!
Thanks so much!!
TXS Kat...I always enjoy your RUclips show
I appreciate you watching

Great sales😊 I’ve learned so much from you
So happy to hear ☺️
I found some Lisa Frank folders. They sold in less than an hour!
Nice!
I keep an eye out for good pillows because of you and I've sold about 10! Congrats on the good sales and thanks for the great tips!
Awesome! Thank you!
Wow - those blankets!!Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching
I've been watching and learning the names. I have a Fred A. Blook (fashion designer, 1920-1930, Chicago. I have not heard you mention that name. Costume Broach 3"x 4"
I'm not familiar with that one
Obviously I can’t sell it because it was my grandpa’s and one of the only things that I have of his in my possession, but while tag checking my mom’s clothing, I found out that my grandpa’s robe was actually a Christian Dior that still has a nice value on it. 😅 really it is crazy how many robes get looked over. I will be checking at estate sales for robes and other bathroom items now! Who knew so many bathroom items were also still worth a good amount (and lower competition since not as many people beeline to bathrooms at estate sales! lol)
That's awesome and definitely understand not selling it
Congratulations on your100 thousand subscribers. I love watching your videos, I have watched other youtubers. But you are my favorite. Thanks for your educational videos. Love you❤
Wow, thank you!
I love your blue glasses! They match your beautiful eyes.
Oh thank you!
❤ cheers my dear, all what you do is taken in & enjoy viewing. Thank you very much for your time and trouble
You're very welcome i appreciate you watching
I always enjoy your videos Kat!
Oh thank you!
Ughhhh Lisa Frank! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I have only been reselling for about a year, mostly clothes and accessories, but you have open my eyes to so many interesting and fun items to look for. Thank you so much for your honesty and knowledge. Can you help me with sourcing high end boxes? I live in So. California so I think I have a good foundation I just need some direction. Thanks again.
They're hard to come by i got lucky and an estate manager reached out to me on ebay. If you figure out how to get some let me know lol
Congrats on the 100K! You deserve it! You've worked hard & it paid off 😊 Happy 4th!
Thank you so much!! Hope you have a great one!
I am a new watcher. You really are a very nice person, aren't you? Bless yer heart!!
Lol most of the time but I'm very blunt you'll learn as you watch :) not a sugar coater
How do you determine things are Vintage?
You are teaching me a lot thx
For me, most is just knowledge I've gained over the years. Anything 20 years or older qualifies as vintage and you can also try using Google lens to identify as well
You deserve the best. Congratulations 🎉🎈
Thank you so much!!
You had a good week! Thanks for sharing it with us!
Yes hopefully they continue!
I won't throw away anything I inherited anymore without checking comps! Those empty pen boxes. Who knew? I inherited a ton of empty boxes and pffft just tossed them and they were all old old old. Now I'm kicking myself. LOL
Lol lol yes check everything

Wonderful! It takes time for sure
Ooh I wish I saw that Southwestern Kimono before it sold.
It's so pretty! I've got an amazing southwest sweatshirt going to be listed soon!
Thank you for your time
You're very welcome
Lisa Frank is always great to see. 😊 Congratulations on subscribers!!
Thank you so much!
Thanks for the video and thanks for being such a positive person in general! As a reseller with a very lowercase "r" I have had two sales so far on eBay. :) Sometimes I am discouraged but I keep telling myself that I should try to be persistent. I put so much effort in handling the clothes, taking pictures, and so on, that I should not give up so quickly. Yesterday I found myself in the position of steaming a tag that had rolled like a macaroni after the washing and drying. The fight with the tag and the pictures of the item was very long, I am laughing even now when I remember all that. But on a more serious note, listing takes me ages. Resellers say that it is not a rocket science, but it takes time too to learn and gain some experience. Buy from Up the North!
I don't steam anything and sell quite a bit of clothes. My advice would be if it's under 50 dollars don't do it :)
Just list it as is lol
i hear this. I would recommend you look at others' listings and you will likely be surprised at how wrinkly and "imperfect" the items and photos are. That said, impressions do matter and as a buyer, i know if someone is attentive to details the item is likely how they are describing it. You will figure out your process and efficiencies in time. I'm hoping that for me as well! Cheers.
Thanks for your time and video!! I appreciate it. Con ga ratz on 100k!😊
Thanks so much!
I have a question about beads, not sure which video it was in when you explained how the beads make a different noise when you click them together. Would a B emblem with a crown over it be something? I can't find it anywhere and I don't think it's Budweiser 😂
I'm not sure about a B with a crown, T with a crown is crown trifari but I'm not sure about B unless betsey johnson
Thanks for sharing your process regarding offers. Do you think that's a better way to go than simply reducing the listing price of the item? I am debating this myself. How long is "reasonable" to wait for full listing price and at what point do I start reducing simply to keep sales happening and money generating. (I do realize some of this decision will be personal and individual, depending on available resources as well as risk tolerance.) Thanks for your videos and info. Keep 'em coming!
I rarely reduce the actual price of my item, I will run sales but I don't drop the original. I do send higher offers. I send 10% off for under 3 months, 30% for 3 months to a year and 50% on most over a year, but not all I look at them individually. If you lower your prices constantly trying to sell you're impacting the market value for all sellers
What is your criteria when you decide which items go into Whatnot?
Anything under $25 and sometimes I put higher dollar stuff that might take a whille to sell
Oh and I love selling empty boxes! 😂 I keep finding empty cutco boxes.
Ohhhh interesting I've never found one of those lol
I’ve been cross posting to Mercari since 5/18 and haven’t sold a thing on there. No idea why. Selling fine on 3 other platforms though. I love pillows but have no room for them.
It's so weird what sells on some but not others, what are the other 3 platforms you're selling on? Pillows definitely take up space!
@@TheNurseFlipper I sell on eBay, posh and depop.
Sell covers only if they come off. Most sizes are standard and easy to find fillers.
Reverse Glass painting is usually done on the back side of the glass, as for the ornament it would mean they had to get inside of the ornament to paint the reverse side. Is that right?
Correct
? I was told you can't sell partial bottles of perfume on Ebay. Was that an issue for you? That bottle contained perfume?
That one was still sealed, but some had evaporated over the years which is why it was so dark
I don't think my auto delist is working. I'll have to investigate.
Make sure on your listings page up top it says connections make sure that's green and then on the extension make sure sales detection is on and that auto de list is checked
Congrats! 🎉
Thank you
What is the name of the last auction site starting with a “M” please? I’m new to your channel and love your content to inform sellers with your knowledge. Thank you. 😊

Thanks a bunch. Appreciate you! 😉

Hi Kat! I notice you sold the open Lalique perfume borrle on eBay. Did you empty the contents 1st? I often pass on partially filled perfume bottles. Thanks!
It actually hadn't been opened but some had evaporated over time :-) that's why it was so dark
What is the name of your Poshmark store
My name is the same everywhere it is the nurse flipper here's a link poshmark.com/closet/thenurseflipper

IMO, Opting in to the new ‘pass eBay shipping discount to buyer’ will cause sales to soar … 🦅 💰
I did it, they're not soaring just yet LOL
Hi, When I first started eBay I saw a video where someone (I forgot whose channel) said in order to be successful on eBay as a full time reseller you need to list 100 items per week. I don't want to list junk just to get that number in, so what do you recommend for upkeep of success? Thank you :)
You can list 10 items a week and be successful. You need good quality high sell through items not to list just to list.
@@TheNurseFlipper Thank you. I've sold weekly since I started 2 months ago, but I haven't earned more than $300 a week 🤥
Interested in your opinion, how long do you try out a platform before calling it quits. I think I have had one up for almost 2 years with 2 sales and so far the new one from CLL has had no sales.
If no sales i would figure after that long my items don't work with that platform or perhaps it could be pricing or photos. For district sites like niknax i don't list items buy it now I've found all my sales come from live sales but i do know some people who are successful on there with buy it now but i wasn't so i don't put any buy it now anymore
@@TheNurseFlipper Thank you. Too afraid to do live sales.
I thought you couldn't sell perfume on ebay
You can't sell used perfume on ebay
How much is cross listing
With List Perfectly it starts at 29.99 a month but to get express lister that creates your complete listing just by you uploading photos is 69.99 a month but saves so so much time
If you want to try either you can get 30% off with my code THENURSEFLIPPER
