    Would it work on Onkyo surround speakers ? Will it hold the center speaker about 14 in?

      Realistically, these stands will work with any speaker, any shape or size, "if" you are willing to work with them. Speakers need to be set on center of gravity so balance is achieved, then for heavy stuff up to about 60lbs, just set your height and drill a hole through the stand right below the locking mechanism. Insert a bolt to be guaranteed to hold the weight. The heavier the speaker the more top heavy the speaker stand will be. So just add weight to the base if more stability is needed. If even greater support is required, then simply weld in support gussets or bracing and then repaint. See what I mean? They''ll hold whatever you want if you're willing to work with them. As they are right out of the box, they will hold just about any bookshelf speaker you can think of. And or just about anything else you can think of too. They are universal and sold in pairs. Cheers 🍻

      @@gregorybond2859:
      Yes these stands will work, but will be top heavy and may require screwing them to the speaker plate with added weight to the floor base plate. I own 2 pairs of the JBL 530's but I decided to wall mount them using these: ruclips.net/video/SJ2Re4ZFKy8/видео.html
      I then acoustically/sound treated the room they live in here: ruclips.net/video/2PTnZ7BU-X8/видео.html If you're into that sort of thing.
      But yes, these stands will work if you are careful and/or willing to work with them a little. Cheers 🍻

      @@Now-Review-This Just got the stands they are working great! I use industrial Velcro on the bottom of the stand and speaker takes all you got to pull them apart to realign and took the side brackets off.
      Thanks

    Any rattling while watching a movie with lots of bass?

    • @Now-Review-This
      @Now-Review-This  Год назад

      No, these do not rattle if/when you have everything snug and level. But as an added measure, you could pull the telescopic section apart and wrap the bottom portion of the upper pole in duct tape or whatever. That way just in case, if it ever contacts the inside of the lower stationary pipe it will be rattle free. Cheers 🍻
