UK-based session musician, bass guitar tutor and bass player extraordinaire, Becky Baldwin, came into PMT Birmingham to chat gear, session work and her hectic touring schedule. In this episode of Rock and Shop we get to hear about Becky’s love for bass, how she got into session work and how she came to own one of the coolest Rickenbacker bass guitars we’ve ever seen.
We also discuss why she uses Fender Jazz bass guitars and Darkglass amps and why it’s important to have a range of different sonic options for session work.
