meanwhile i intentionally queue into a server roation so i can play hamada lol i don't share some of the criticism here, like players use shotguns in trenches, ofc, thats what they are for? and with all the little elevation changes and rocks throughout the map i can move around it on foot mostly without issues and break line of sight to tanks if they want to farm inf i genuinely enjoy playing on this map with the variety it offers, sometimes as inf, sometimes in a tank or a plane the original setup with conquest assault definitely showed that the playerbase is too stupid for this gamemode now
call me a masochist but my full squad of friends had way more fun on the CQA version of this map. getting the easy flank and capping the ruins turns the map into something actually playable. Now ruins are low traffic and all the fighting continues to be entirely around C and D, the worst areas. at least breakthrough is OK.
While this was expected, i was kinda hoping it wouldnt come. Ive had fun playing hamada, and have had some great comebacks while playing conquest with a squad of friends. Its not a great map, but far from the worst BFV has to offer, because as opposed to Twisted Steel, Iwo Jima, Al Sundan and Fjell, i tend to have fun infantry experiences on hamada, though i spend 80% of my time on the E, G & F flags, usually as a backcapping agressive recon with a squad of assault friends.
Al Sundan Breakthrough first point and Panzerstorm are also my negative favorites of BFV along with Hamada. But now I cannot wait to hear your review of BF 2042 maps. You hardly need a new script :D Just say helicopters instead of planes and you are 90% done.

I love this series but it’s sad for me to realize that there isn’t a single map in the past battlefield games as bad as all the battlefield 2042 maps.
Yeah, like Angry Joe said, he was ranking the maps not on which one he liked the most but which one he hated the least
If Hamada is in BF2042 it would be the best map in the game.

Some of the 2042 maps will be featured. However, I want them to simmer a bit first and see if anything drastic gets changed.

I didnt like Hamada at first, but it grew on me.

not gonna lie I found this map to be one of the best in BFV.
Well flying is fun on Hamada :) probably the best map for flying

Conquest assault is more fun. In public matches regular conquest is won by running around in circles from flag to flag
Can't prove it, but I'm pretty sure I was the first guy to think of mining the runway (I can't fly) ^___^
