You're videos have inspired me. I've been trying to make as much money as I can for years. Instead, I now want to be a good person and help people, and give them a good deal.
you make money by solving problems for people. the quicker you realize that the quicker you succeed. be honest. bust your ass. the money will fall in your lap.
Dick Marshall truest thing said ive C.O.P.D because I didn't protect my lungs by having a mask because of vanity and now tell mechanics etc to wear one , like you said warren should wear a mask and gloves to stop getting dermatitis thru this job there is no shame to protect your hands and have arthritis because not wearing gloves etc .Its not worth sacrificing your well being and later can hardly breathe and almost died because of my stupidity....Mr Marshall I tell anybody who'll listen it isn't worth your health in later life because I wish I did especially working in a coal pit colliery as well , I did the hardest jobs but today my children wouldn't do it getting there hands dirty..... And warrens here's lungs will not thank him for this no amount of money can replace your health....Mr Dick Marshall sir 👍
Hello Warren. I really enjoyed this series of videos. That radiator was unreal. The dust you blew out of that think. I could almost hear the engine behind you saying "thank you"
Bet that radiator was not cleaned in many years. A longer nozzle pipe for compressed air would keep you out of dust. Nice seeing someone work, who really knows what he is doing. Thumbs up for your videos.
Another awesome job buddy. Keep up the videos. I look forward to seeing more of them. They are very educational and I've learned a lot from you. You truly are a master of your trade.
Great videos. Love to see how these things work and how they come apart and go back together. Like how you give helpful hints and not keep secrets. Thanks again.
My dad was an auto mechanic and heavy duty diesel mechanic his saying was "Any mechanic can fix something, it takes a good one to figure out what is wrong first'! love your vids
LOVE the sounds of those old Case Dozers. They have a sound of their own for sure! Sweet Sweet music. I could listen to that turbo whine all say long. Great Video except for the language!
Good ol' mazanita bush... I remember you saying the oils in the plant fuel fires in that region.... see, I told you I'm learning from your vids LOL Love your vids man and this series was really fun to watch. Thanks, Cheers.
Hi there Warren yet another great video thank you for posting these videos I have been watching your channel for about two months now and have enjoyed all of them look after yourself and don’t work too hard take some time out once in awhile Ray Debenham Suffolk England
You make it look easy I can't crawl around on equipment like that any more and you would think the operator would blow the dirt off the machine once in a while
I wonder if it was just milk shake in the pressure relief valve that caused that low initial oil pressure? Certainly seems to have settled by the time you had it running up to temp.
Hi! I been followed your videos, and i have to say your work impresses me! It sure was a mess when you found it, but you hung in there, thats a damn impressive! Big thums up
Good thing your thin a mountain lion may think you are not worth the trouble. I love your videos and hope you get rich with them like so many young punks that have not payed their dues. You are the real deal!
I think you might have heard a bigfoot running through. There are stories of them crashing through the forest and people say it sounds like a dozer going through the brush . Careful out there Warren, best be packing some heat. Anyways I really enjoy your videos man . I'm hooked .
Why didn't you take that radiator back to the shop and pressure wash it when you took the engine? I know it hasn't been cleaned since it was new. Good video and great work.
Get those disposable dust masks, they are very cheap and will save you from health issues in later life. That rad was in a right state lol. take care, be safe pal
Did ya get it done in time?? Did they guy get to stay on the fire?? If he was so worried why was he not there?? He wasn’t doing anything else with that doser down...
Another hour of blowing on that radiator and it might be clean. Geez, some guys can't figure out why the tractor is running hot.😉 I wondered if you changed the oil pump? These guys that don't watch their gauges. You didn't have time to change the cam bearings is what I am thinking either. Just bought an unloved Case 1150 I'm finding out but it will be on better shape when it leaves my farm. I should just rent a machine, but I just can't schedule it to spend a few days doing the work, but I seem to come up with the time to run down parts and fix it.🤣
Have about 12 years operating the Case 1150's under my belt, to bad the owner wasn't more proactive. I would have replaced the steel hydraulic lines that feed the blade and cleaned it up while you were rebuilding the engine. Preventative maintenance on known issues is better than laying on your back pulling belly pans when you can least afford the down time.
Hey Warren, for a fuel pressure gauge on a pt pump and lets also say an oil pressure gauge do you have to bleed the air out of the line to the gauge? or is it low enough pressure the air wont effect it?
That clogged radiator is why so many Kubota equipped loaders run hot & crack heads down here in chicken farmer country. They sped their lives cleaning dusty chicken shit out of grow houses and the owners never, ever do maintenance on them. Then it’s the Kubota’s fault when it finally gets tired of being hot.
Why would you not put on a new bottom radiator hose on...you put on a new top one? And if the owner had some marts, he should of taken the radiator and had it pressure tested and corners reinforced. The vibration destroys radiators. But I guess was not a concern to him! Love to see you shop at Harbor Freight as well.
As business owners, we see work that is $5 an hour work and then there is $500 an hour work. If you are getting paid flat rate to do these jobs, it might be worth while to hire a cheap assistant to do the $5 an hour work so you can focus on the $500 an hour work and do it more efficiently. Like blowing that dirt off or moving buckets or holding something while you lift it etc... Thanks for the videos.
You're videos have inspired me. I've been trying to make as much money as I can for years. Instead, I now want to be a good person and help people, and give them a good deal.
This comment should have more thumbs UP! Treat others as you want to be treated.
you make money by solving problems for people. the quicker you realize that the quicker you succeed. be honest. bust your ass. the money will fall in your lap.
Use a dust mask my friend, it will save your lungs and your family will love you for it. It only takes a minute to put one on!!!!
Dick Marshall truest thing said ive C.O.P.D because I didn't protect my lungs by having a mask because of vanity and now tell mechanics etc to wear one , like you said warren should wear a mask and gloves to stop getting dermatitis thru this job there is no shame to protect your hands and have arthritis because not wearing gloves etc .Its not worth sacrificing your well being and later can hardly breathe and almost died because of my stupidity....Mr Marshall I tell anybody who'll listen it isn't worth your health in later life because I wish I did especially working in a coal pit colliery as well , I did the hardest jobs but today my children wouldn't do it getting there hands dirty..... i've been thinking the same.... i wish as a youth i hadn't thought i was 'invincible' and wore more protection.
Hello Warren. I really enjoyed this series of videos. That radiator was unreal. The dust you blew out of that think. I could almost hear the engine behind you saying "thank you"

Finlandfarmer I have a long blower nozzle, left it at the shop, guess I need to get 2 of everything.
You truly are the man to call to get a hard job done, you make it look so easy when I know it’s not. Now you deserve a day or two off.
Another thing. It's the unsung heroes like yourself that enable fire emergencies to be tackled!
Incredible location to be working..........Thanks for sharing Warren.....(me personally, I would have brought a hammock and passed out) LOL!
Another awesome job buddy. Keep up the videos. I look forward to seeing more of them. They are very educational and I've learned a lot from you. You truly are a master of your trade.
Zack Hornyak Thanks for the kind words, I'll keep em coming.
Yeh and he got it done out in the middle of nowhere!
Great videos. Love to see how these things work and how they come apart and go back together. Like how you give helpful hints and not keep secrets. Thanks again.
Happy Hunter No problem thanks for watching.
My dad was an auto mechanic and heavy duty diesel mechanic his saying was "Any mechanic can fix something, it takes a good one to figure out what is wrong first'! love your vids
I used to do what you do for a living for forty some years ,now i remember why i retired!
Awesome job and solo under time pressure as well. I am seriously impressed.
If I was 18 I pay you for the privilege of being your understudy. A year with you better than any 2or 4 year degree
LOVE the sounds of those old Case Dozers. They have a sound of their own for sure! Sweet Sweet music. I could listen to that turbo whine all say long. Great Video except for the language!

The oil's not usually in the plant it's the seeds that have oil,
Haha!😂😂🌱🌿🍃☘️🍀🌹🌺💐🌷
If water is available , that would be a great option to clean. I do remember the days that I was working like you back then.
Hi there Warren yet another great video thank you for posting these videos I have been watching your channel for about two months now and have enjoyed all of them look after yourself and don’t work too hard take some time out once in awhile
Ray Debenham Suffolk England
Excellent series on this rebuild. Thanks for sharing.
You make it look easy I can't crawl around on equipment like that any more and you would think the operator would blow the dirt off the machine once in a while
Maynard 59 I usually feel it the next day.
Unbelievable, if you would have been born about 70 years ago, you probably would have been working on the Saturn 5 engines. Love these videos
Hey Warren when I was doing field service o bought those floor rugs lay on rubber on bottom they kept me dry in cold
You best video yet!!!! What a nice job on an abused piece of equipment.
I enjoy your videos, you decide what needs to be done and do it. Thanks.
That dozers ever been maintained by the looks of that radiator!
That radiator cleaning was oddly satisfying.....
There's something quite satisfying watching all that dirt being blasted out of that radiator.
Guy, you make a tough tech job look easy. Thanks for sharing.
That was so satisfying to watch you blow the dirt out that radiator!
I wonder if it was just milk shake in the pressure relief valve that caused that low initial oil pressure? Certainly seems to have settled by the time you had it running up to temp.
You made it 12 minutes before getting filthy! Not bad:) :)
Shea rolling coal all the way to the camera mic. Lol. She sounds healthy 🖒nice job buddy.
Hi! I been followed your videos, and i have to say your work impresses me! It sure was a mess when you found it, but you hung in there, thats a damn impressive! Big thums up
Get a dust mask! I was holding my breath just watching you! Damn, that's a nasty radiator!
Your critter sounds like it could be a bear. I am really enjoying this series!
You should have been using a respirator while cleaning that radiator.
Radiator was a little dusty. It's interesting how the oil pressure slowly built. Any idea what would have been bedding in?
Awesome rebuild and video!
+bimmerman3 Thank you sir.
bimmerman3 Thanks.
I bet that out fit was running a little on the hot side ,warren good work right there.

Why didn't you take that radiator back to the shop and pressure wash it when you took the engine? I know it hasn't been cleaned since it was new. Good video and great work.
Interesting video warren. Good job.
Great going! Where is your long stem blow nozzle? I need to do the same job on our TD25C as it has coolant in the oil. Sad, girl needs lots of TLC.
Hi great video them cats are big machine to work on nice one buddy
david clarke Thank for watching
Couldn't help holding my breath when you were blowing out the rad.
Read Dick Marshall's comment and take notice of his very good advice.
great video man loved watching this project!
dontberude No problem, there Will always be out in the middle of nowhere projects like this for me, I just can't say no.
Get those disposable dust masks, they are very cheap and will save you from health issues in later life. That rad was in a right state lol. take care, be safe pal
Did you take the valve cover off to check if oil was running smooth - I believe that's what you said
love your work, a true mechanic
Did ya get it done in time?? Did they guy get to stay on the fire?? If he was so worried why was he not there?? He wasn’t doing anything else with that doser down...
Holy crap, that's a lot of dirt in that radiator!
You sir are one smart man.
Another hour of blowing on that radiator and it might be clean. Geez, some guys can't figure out why the tractor is running hot.😉 I wondered if you changed the oil pump? nice work warren . good job
Robert McNair Thank you
I was blowing up air filters from dump trucks look the same
Been a long time since I seen this old video
You’ve just inspired me to make a face mask for COVID. Though having spent 20 years workin in a textile mill it s a bit late for Ppe concerns
idiot
Was gonna suggest a dustmask too! But I do hope you closed the Windows in the service truck 🚚
Good stuff. I hope you threw the first pair of coveralls away.
your a beast dude, great video.
Could planted potatoes in that radiator core, lol
nice work, great video. How the heck could the radiator cool with so much dirt in it? Love your videos man!

He'll never learn. Some people only work in straight lines to one goal.
The gauge may be junk. Seems like it's really slow responding.
Man, you make it look so easy. How much does something like this cost?
Fabian Vera This cost him right at 10 k. Parts and labor.
western truck and tractor repair how much were parts, how long did it take?
Wow I couldn't believe the dust just keeped comming out. Gone that far should have keeped on blowing lol.
Looks like ya blew a sandbox out of that Radiator lol
Machine is a 100 pounds lighter.
You know your sh__ Warren. Sounds good 👌. Is it still running with out any head problems( I’m thinking it still is) ? Anyhow, nice job 👍
They don't keep the gauges or the radiator clean, but the glass is crystal clear. I've been told I'm a 1/4 hole off too...
Poor maintained machine. Straight water, radiator plugged. You did well considering your were in a remote location on the side of the road.
The dust settled here in Minnesota lol
pump till you can't pump no more and maybe just maybe she'll fire. Gotta love hand primers
Can you imagine phoning your local garage my engine in my car has gone i`m in a field can you remove it rebuid it and replace it
in 3 days hahaha
service manual : clean radiator every 10 hours
dozer owners : nope
mechanic = $profits$
Thank you do darn good job very good
Are those coveralls or a special suit for diving into septic tanks???? Just joking. Great video man
Hey Warren, for a fuel pressure gauge on a pt pump and lets also say an oil pressure gauge do you have to bleed the air out of the line to the gauge? or is it low enough pressure the air wont effect it?
Can definitely see the lack of maintenance on that machine!
Really like your work ethic
Didn't hear you mention it so I have to ask, did you remember the ground strap?
+Zanaida Akins Yes there was a new Strap from block to frame , and it was full of red extended life coolant which will prevent electrolysis also.
WOW , in 2 years all peeps point out is long safety... In video if it's not shown, it didn't happen. Stay safe, for family...
Been a long time if ever that the radiator was blown out - just FILTHY - WOW - let that air flow - should run cooler now by all means
If there is a stream nearby you should go dunk that radiator in it before you put it back in the dozer!
F that.
Nice job big thumbs up
Great job, interesting video, but clean the tach glass!

This dozer was on a active fire, there was a 4 day timeline or he was kicked off the job, didn't have time to replace everything on the machine.
it's like the energizer bunny
The thing sounds pretty good, to me anyways.
I was taught 10 psi for every 1000 rpm when hot.
true
Close lips Activate nose filters👌

Might have been a Squatch Warren!
Smokes a bit black isn't it after you rebuilt the engine
lol that rad must be 20 pound's lighter...wow!!
