I wanted to factory reset my MacBook Air, so I clicked on the factory reset option. it starts to reset but suddenly the screen went black and the mac won't turn on. I tried turning on and everything but even the apple logo doesn't appear, I pressed all the keyboard keys and power button, still not working. What should I do with this kind of problem?

@@RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware I fixed it by connecting it to another Mac and then i pressed the DFU keys after that the restore and other options pop up on the other Mac, so I clicked restore and that did the trick. The key was to use another mac in my case, but thanks for the solution and recommendation😊

I would recommend trying a power cycle by turning off your Mac by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds then after turn your mac back on hold down the command and R key. Make sure that the power source is working, make sure your device is properly connected to power and make sure all your peripherals are disconnected.
