I took my two daughters to see it last night. The 26 year old dressed like Barbie in the Nutcracker move, the 21 year old dressed like "Capitol Barbie".
The movie has just enough humour to overcome the cringe. Will Ferrell took the movie in a different direction than I was expecting and the dance numbers were unexpected but well done.
Margot did a great job.

Gender roles exist for a reason. Look at how an egalitarian country like Sweden operates. Women tend to occupy roles traditionally associated with women, and vice versa, and they practice equality to the highest degree. It’s biology, not society.
