Remember, “Big protest in DC on January 6th.” “Be there, will be wild.” and several others by him and other influential individuals. She also went into the building because they let the people in through some of doors, not all.
There were hundreds others who stayed outside and continued a nonviolent protest. Others came as disrupters and with violent intent.
Human beings are a complex mixture of motivations, and I feel like many good people got swept up in the contagion of the protest. For the people who did physical harm to Capitol police, made threats to ‘Hang Mike Pence,’ stole government property (the podium, papers etc) they are feeling the legal consequences.

Five days before the Capitol insurrection, 83 House Republican lawmakers wrote a letter to Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy asking them to uphold lawmakers’ right to carry firearms inside the U.S. Capitol complex. They cited several attacks, including a 1954 shooting by Puerto Rican nationalists who wounded five Congressmen; a 1998 shooting that killed two Capitol Police officers; and a 2017 shooting at a Congressional baseball practice in Northern Virginia, which left four people wounded.
One of the signatories on the January 1 letter, freshman Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, made headlines for lashing out at Capitol Police who insisted that lawmakers go through metal detectors that were erected at the entrance to the House and Senate chambers following the insurrection on January 6. At least a dozen other lawmakers also refused, pushing their way past Capitol Police. The episode prompted Pelosi to announce a $5,000 fine for members who refused, and $10,000 for each subsequent offense.
A 1967 law bans civilians from carrying guns on Capitol Hill, even if they have concealed carry licenses. But the law carves out an exception for lawmakers, who can keep firearms in their offices. Guns aren’t allowed everywhere: They’re prohibited in the House and Senate chambers and their adjoining lobbies and cloakrooms, the Marble Room of the Senate, and the Rayburn Room of the House.

To swear oath to uphold and to defend the U.S. Constitution and then be a criminal against it is perjury and unconstitutionally criminal. I'd read the definition of infringe before everyone to make sure everyone knows that it means to limit. These are all pussy weaklings. To limit the right of the people to keep and bear arms is a crime in the U.S.A. private places is another thing altogether. For property owners have the right to limit people from bringing arms on their own property. Tax funded buildings, properties, and streets by law they can't limit. They can't limit based on age, sex, race, etc. either by law. That's how you get shit done. Straight forward. The only thing I agree with is discipline training in arms as being a free requirement because the founding fathers said so.

Read the founders Federalist and even Anti-Federalist papers... It isn't even up for debate.
You can claim that well Regulated means with all the government restrictions possible and under their rule just like you can claim the 2A only applies to Muskets.
But if that's the case your free speech is only covered by a twill pen and parchment sheet. The Bill of Rights isn't a privilege like driving a car. It's a RIGHT granted to you by the creator (whomever you believe that to be.... Ancient Gods or descendants of Monkeys 🤷🏼‍♂️ it's still protected by the same document).

@@shane35fowler fine if you wanna use that definition…so you’re gonna just skip over the word “militia” in your defense? For someone who is stuck on what the definition was back then you seem to gloss over a thing called context. “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state. The founders wrote the 2nd amendment after defeating a totalitarian monarch, hence why they said “is necessary for the security of a free state.” It’s used in the context of protection against a totalitarian government.
Secondly, even in the Heller case the Supreme Court said while their interpretation of the 2nd amendment gives individuals the right to possess firearms, it doesn’t permit for any kind of firearm you want, stating individuals have the right to arms for only traditionally lawful purposes- if someone has 30 firearms or a sawed off shotgun or bump stock or unregistered/ghost gun they’re not planning on using them for anything lawful. Same reason why the government has laws restricting how much Sudafed you can buy. Texas literally has a law restricting the amount of dildos you can own, but you can own as many guns as you want and if you’re over 21 you don’t need a permit or training. Also in many states a person has to be CONVICTED of domestic violence for them to be banned from owning a gun, which is why tens of thousands of women who have their partners arrested for domestic violence still end up dead, because a court conviction takes a long time after an initial arrest.
Finally, constitutional rights are not absolute. There are limits to free speech, hence why we have defamation laws, or maybe see what happens if you incite violence or chaos (like yelling bomb on an airplane). Another example is that People also can’t use their freedom of religion to discriminate against people they don’t like.

You're right about the supreme Court I read one of their rulings in magazine I used to get called America's first freedom. And they also made that ruling when three women in Washington DC were trying to sue the DC Police department for not saving them after they called 911. Two thugs kicked in their door to their townhouse and the two upstairs roommates could hear them proceed to beat and rape their downstairs roommate They called 911 and we're told to stay hidden help was on the way. And while watching out the upstairs window they saw one DC police car pull up in front of the house with two officers in it cuz they could see the passenger officer They didn't have any lights on they didn't use their spotlight and they didn't even get out of the car they could see the passenger officer look at the house turn and say something to the driver and then they saw the car drive away. They tried calling 911 again and couldn't even get a response. After the noise is downstairs head stopped for a while The two upstairs women snuck down to check on their roommate and called out and found out that the two men were still there and those two men found out that they had fresh meat. The men sexually tortured and raped those women for 13 hours and then just walked out the front door and weren't caught. In my opinion they deserved to win but that's my emotional response. Supreme Court ended that on what you just said but they also stated in the ruling that the reason they lost the case is because the police meaning city state highway patrol have no legal obligation to come to the aid or rescue of the individual citizen They are not here for the protection of the individual citizen, it is the duty responsibility and obligation of the individual citizen to protect their lives their family their property by whatever means necessary up to and including deadly force with firearms. The legal responsibility of police is for the use and protection of the government and to catch a criminal after they committed a crime until they actually commit the crime there's nothing they can do, which means that you can feel really good that yes you may be robbed raped or killed but the cops are supposed to be responsible about catching the guy after you've been victimized.

Its as lame as saying the person you ran her wasn't your fault because you were drunk, that doesn't fly with a judge and involuntary manslaughter is a appropriate charge for Baldwin.
