  • Happy labor day everyone. I couldn’t pass up the deal at my local harbor freight. I will say these tools have their place but unfortunately I’m not too sure about the quality. Time will tell I’ll use these and update later this month. Thanks for watching.

They suggest you use a minimum of 5 amp battery with the impacts for best performance.

@@jamiewhite5859 oh really. Shucks. I mean the quality is there. I do fear the battery’s aren’t as high of quality as other brands. The smell 👃

I’ve been buying Hercules 20V tools and everything has been great. Recently picked up the 1/2” compact impact wrench and doesn’t have any issues removing 140 ft pounds on my truck lugnuts, even with the 2ah battery. Heck, even the 1/4” impact driver can do it but I almost got the 1/2” hex adapter stuck in the collet (which is why I bought the impact wrench) 😂

@@SeoulReaper yeah I don’t think i gave it a fair shot. I’m going to try it again this week at work on what I actually bought it for

Hmm interesting. I think they’re probably OK but there’s a reason that there so much cheaper than Milwaukee. Or dewalt. One thing it drives me nuts about the Harbor freight tools is having to buy the battery and charger stuff separately like that just kind of gimmicky. But hey, if it’s all someone can afford, it’s better than nothing.

I agree absolutely not knocking someone who buys it but I’ll honestly say RYOBI is probably better 🤫.
