I think I’m experiencing ascension symptoms my guides said I was purging! I’ve been through this in the past but this one is pretty tough! I do have more sensitivity and more aware of things . Even my senses feel heightened. Yea I can’t smell certain things or be around certain people. I’ve always received signs and angels numbers

The best person to guide you is yourself
All choices boils down to service to self or service to others, if you took it without forcing others to do it or looking down on their choices then i think there is no worries. If you however did, well then you/they need to check if they really deserve it.
Following something because it is what you think is right is one thing, but forcing others to do the same is a whole other thing.
@@MindMoulder thanks for your response. I never forced anybody to, nor really judged them for deciding to even though i tried to convince them not to get V. They didn't want it either but they felt it was necessary to get it. (Family)
