Hi I’m Rick Shiels, welcome to my channel RickShielsPGAGolf. This RUclips channel is designed to help you play better golf, also to help you enjoy your golf more!
I specialise in golf club reviews, golf club unboxing, golf club news, golf club head to heads, and all about golf clubs.
I also want to make you play better golf by providing coaching video on all topics about golf, how to fix your slice, fix your hook, help you drive the golf ball longer, hit your irons more pure, hit your irons closer to the hole and help you draw and fade your golf shots.
I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!
On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes “gimmicky” golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.

Why did Micah on the first hole hit into the front bunker then when they went to play their shots both played from the back bunker what's up with that
@@jameslewis3470 I thought same, but watched it back on big tv and Micah said oh long and I thought it was in front bunker too. After review the front bunker was actually a fuzzy cotton wood or something on my phone it looked like a ball hit into front bunker.

Exactly. This is great on ricks part. He has very little to gain from having then in them on his channel. Shows great humility on his behalf and shows the mad respect he has for the game and those that are pioneers in this format.

I agree to a point...very nice of him to host these matches and offer great hospitality 👍,but to say he has so "little" to gain as some on here mentioned is bit short sided imo .After all ,it is highly viewed content for Rick, content with cool talented younger Americans who are on the rise .probably a much more varied subscription base as well.Growth is hard on RUclips after so many years
@@rob_x3 I don't think he has very little to gain. I'm sure there are a lot of Good Good subscribers that aren't or weren't Rick Shields subscribers. Also even as a large channel, he still needs new and interesting content to keep his channel popular and fresh. I think this has been some of the best content on his channel for a long time. So that right there is huge and makes it very valuable to him.
That shot by Rick on hole 2 was unbelievable. He even had the wherewithal to dodge the divot!

After watching the Good Good matches I have to say Micah is what I'd call a gentleman golfer. He is always sanding his divots and showing his professionalization around the course. I know he will be on the pro tour if he chooses to be and I wish him the best of luck.

@@aliceullrish5251 I think that is a bit unfair to be honest. Rick can play golf. He knows how to read the course, he makes more pars than not, but he is just not a consistent ball striker, however his course management has saved him many a time. That’s “playing golf”

I’ve watched Rick play this hole several times and he always hits it left. Adjust man.
I’m so happy Bubby brought up the good good major at 1:15. That gets forgotten because they called it the “Good good Masters” and got sued and had to take it down. It’s a massive shame too, because I truly believe that not only was that Micah’s best golf, it was the best 18 holes of golf played by a non tour pro on all of RUclips. I watched those videos 10 times before they were taken down. Absolutely amazing.

Chemistry between Bubbie and Rick is unreal, so fun to watch all thru the series.
What a great month of videos from both channels. Rick is a class act. Can't wait for the next colab here in the states. But on another note, we need more Micah and Bubbie videos. Them two together are GOLD.
I dunno what's happened to me, but I've been devouring RUclips golf content more than anything this year. Rick and the GG boys and Bob Does Sports have been providing hours of entertainment and they've got me hitting golf courses every weekend.

All three of you Rick, Micah and Bubbie showed their class, always rooting for their opponents to play well so they can beat them at their best. According to Google map Micah hit a 335 yards drive on a par 5 (can't remember the number). For a long time I thought these Good Good guys drive long because weather was not the same in USA (versus Europe). I am just impressed by how much speed they can put in a golf ball.
When I first started watching them I thought they exaggerated their numbers, but these guys really do hit bombs.

@@mr75204 Some of the guys on the tour who hit it that long seem like they are swinging out of their shoes. Micah has a nice smooth swing yet hits it a ton. It's actually pretty impressive.

@@mr75204 actually he’s right. Average ball speed for pga tour pros is about 169mph. Micah’s is 180-185. When he really steps on it he pushes 190+. So considering he’s above the average that means he would be further than most
Rick is the most entertaining and informative golf RUclipsr, hands shown, and I love seeing the swagger when he’s playing well. Just like playing any sport with the guys. And he does need to visit the States soon!

Yeh I thought he might get two shots over nine holes, maybe even three. They could play a hundred matches and I think Rick would be lucky to win ten.
I'm not very good at golfing. Can shoot 90-100 but if given the chance I'd play with Rick just for the fun. Very enjoyable to watch, probably more enjoyable to be around. Nicely done friend!
