Kafir lime have a unique smell that will brings nice smell to your foods. It’s pretty hard to have a substitute for it. But if you do not have it, you can omit it. Thank you 🙏🏻
Can, that would be another type of Sambal. We called it Indonesian Sambal. Malaysian/Singaporean/Southern Thai cooking mostly using Dried Chillis for the smoky taste in their sambal or any dishes
Are you Malaysian?? Can we avoid the Kaffir lime leaves or is it a must? If kept in the fridge how long does it lasts? Can it be eaten on its own with rice or do we have to make ikan bilis or prawns and mix along with it which can also be done??
