    This woman's son killed an innocent young promising future doctor in her own home. He and her nor any member of her family has shown any remorse, and she expects kindness from the community that they took her from? That psychologist could not have been more right.

      That cop sat in the courtroom and didn't bat an eye while that baby boy told his story... Even if I had been justified in a shooting, that would have ripped me apart and I'd have been inconsolable..

    Dean won his appeal and within 2 years on the force, his own actions affirmed that Dean truly “wasn’t suitable” to be a police officer.

    Dean’s mother was full of it & showed not one bit of care for the family torn apart at thehands of her wretched son. The apple did not fall far from the tree.

    I hope they sue the 5hit out of this police department for hiring after he failed the psych evaluation. The police department got the psych eval dismissed by psychs on their payroll because his personality was just like their other cops. Good job pd 😔

    I think the Psychologist described Dean for what he was.
    I've heard nothing but positive things about this young woman.
    The jury now has to show her family what Atatiana Jefferson's life was worth.
    It would make a lot of people outraged if he wasn't given the maximum for such a horrible crime.

    The psychologist was spot on about a narcissist……they are never wrong,show zero compassion or empathy and will do something,like in Dean’s case,that will humble them and bring them back down to earth.

    The testimony of the psychologist really explained why Dean was so arrogant and laser focused on his assessment of the burglary in progress that night ignoring all the other signs that he could have been wrong and ignoring departmental procedures. The man was spot on when he stated that he believed that Aaron would make a decision that would put himself and others in danger and was not suited for law enforcement. I was shocked to hear the testimony of the woman that he groped while in college. IMO any other situations or signs of misconduct during his time on the force to me would have been more important but I guess his service record is protected by HIPPA laws. I don't agree with the people that were harassing his family, hey I don't like the man or what he did either but his family aren't responsible for his actions.

    Dean and that sister both has an arrogant smirk on their faces! No empathy,compassion or remorse but I bet he gets probation and a desk job in another city under a completely different identity.

    THIS IS A NO WINNER CASE !!! THE MANER AND HOW THIS WHOLE TRAGIC CASE CAME TO BE IS A NIGHTMARE. I HATE LIKE HELL THAT MRS. JEFFERSON LOST HER LIFE IN THE SAFEST PLACE SHE COULD BE, INSIDE HER OWN HOME !!! I ALSO SEE THAT WHAT HAPPENED CAME DOWN TO ONE SECOND, ONE SECOND TO MAKE A LIFE OR DEATH DECISION, AS A HUMAN BEING, I WOULD NEVER WANT TO BE PLACED IN THAT SITUATION. I TRULY BELIEVE THAT AARON DEAN IS REMORSEFUL AND REGRETS EVERY MINUTE OF THAT LATE NIGHT IN OCTOBER. I HOPE THE JURY WILL CONSIDER AND TRULY WEIGH ALL THE OPTIONS OF SENTENCING MR. DEAN. THIS WAS A POLICE OFFICER ACTING AND PERFORMING THE DUTIES OF HIS JOB, NO MATTER HOW WE SAY HE SHOULD HAVE ACTED, MYSELF NOR ANY OF YOU WERE THERE THAT NIGHT, AND NONE OF US CAN SAY FOR 100 PERCENT OF HOW WE WOULD HAVE APPROACHED THE SITUATION AND WE CERTAINLY CAN'T SAY HOW OFFICER DEAN SHOULD HAVE REACTED WHEN HE SAW THE BARREL OF A HANDGUN POINTING AT HIM THROUGH A WINDOW !!!

    Such a disgraceful tragedy, such senseless act of reckless behavior unbecoming of a police officer entrusted to serve and protect the very community that willingly pays him a salary to do so. The most treacherous act in my humble opinion is the refusal to admit fault. Where is the humility, the love of life and Christ his family claims he has. The question here is will the judge be as adamant and swift to apply the law here as he is with outraged protesting citizens. How is someone deemed by unfit by the very psychological testing put in place to weed out those unfit to where that badge be nullified. That was a license to lie, a go ahead and do the wrong thing.

    • @paulkopp3634
      @paulkopp3634 Год назад

      The psych tests are probably just window dressing for the public to make it look like the police chiefs are doing due diligence and then ignore the results, just as many officers ignore the constitution their own policies and any other rules or laws that they don’t like, backed up by their senior officers and the police unions .
