Absolutely loved this more candid behind the scenes look at things over at NUT. Would absolutely be down for more of this style of content. If allowed/willing it would be nice to learn more about the people at the studio, as well as their experiences in this industry. Thanks for the video (P.S: really love the video's colour grade)
More behind the scenes like these would be awesome!! NegaPosi Angler was one of my favorite shows this seasons! I'm so happy and grateful to see the amount of effort and care that went into making it. Thank you very much. And MERRY CHRISTMAS! 🎄🎉
It always amazes me that they do a lot of redrawing and corrections and yet all of their animes have visible discrepancies! I can't imagine how it would be without those excessive corrections!
Wasn't familiar with your channel but I did just finish NegaPosi Angler, and I thought it was a very good show! Thank you for your work and for this insight in how it was made!
thank you a lot for giving us the opportunity to take a look at what happens behind the scenes. Negaposi angler gotta be my favorite anime this season. Made with so much love and care. I really like it when studios have the opportunity to create originals. Its comparable to a fresh breath of air👍🩵
How do I not get scared of my own process, same with a blank screen. Everytime I know I will fail but that's all right. But how does one be courageous to just go straight ahead and animate? And before I get a job as an animator, what is your recommendation when first being in studio animation
I'm surprised how low the resolution used for digital drawing is... I still remember those 4k etc. remasters of older cell animations where they went and completely re-scanned the cells... cells having "infinite" resolution... I wonder if the resolution is larger if Anime is expected to be viewed from large screen like in a theater?
I wish Animators weren’t on the bottom of the pyramid and weren’t treated awfully, they need to be treated like human beings and need to see there families.
i mistakenly understand the title as the animators at the end because of ai stuffs i thought is there new ai who just need a prompt and whole series is done but thank god its dong chang showing and sharing us animators he work with thankyou for the video
Are you guys overworking? Are you getting overtime? Are the animators getting what they deserve? Or are they working under minimum wage? thanks for sharing this video with us.
Well it depends if the series is under a production committee or not because if there’s a production committee behind it then there given a deadline, however if the production is fully funded in house by the studio then the animators are payed double or triple the amount and are given as much time as possible to complete it,
@@memoriessomeonewewillnever732 I forgot to mention that part. Production Committees give the studios a Set amount of budget/money and it’s an extremely low amount of money. So studios can’t pay there animators fairly because of that.
On behalf of all aspiring anime animators- thank you Dong! Anime production content like this is quite rare online and this was very insightful.
This is far more real and far more valuable than any """behind the scenes""" anime studio video I've ever seen. Thank you very much.
You run the best Japanese animation channel I know.
Agreed
Always love seeing life behind the camera!
本当に綺麗で繊細で丁寧なアニメでした。映像も物語もキャラクターも音楽も全て素敵でした。
アニメ制作でこれほど丁寧にこだわられているのだと知ることができて幸せです。
Dude these designs look so much like old school FLCL, love it

I love to see these behind the scene things. I really adore to see people doing stuff on paper as well, which feels like a rarity in some regard.

I would say start with the basics, know the principles of animation and try making short scenes
please do more of these
