Completely agree! As soon as I graduated high school in Brazil I came to Germany and it was definitely one of the best decisions I've made. In Brazil I always thought I was doing too much and didn't have time for anything - and that all changed when I started living on my own and had to actually do things (like cooking and cleaning) just to survive. This meant I am now doing way more stuff than before. However, I'm happier and I've learned LOADS of things in such a short period of time - not only daily life stuff, but also so much about me. And by no means I lived in a small city (it has 1.5M people), but it always felt like one. And in August I'll be moving again, but this time to the US :)
