Thank you!!
My MOM introduced us to squash by mixing it into mashed potatoes for a sweet surprising delicious treat.
What a great memory!! That is a wonderful way to introduce squash!!
Thats great because I love Buttercup squash which in my opinion should be called Potato Squash. It makes great fried potatoes plain with onion and goes well with cheddar and bacon too .
You'll buttercup now !😊

Squash can be like spaghetti, potatoes or even rice or coconut .Have you ever tried the small white pumpkins that come out at Halloween? I noticed that the texture seemed a lot like coconut so I added some coconut oli and coconut extract and boy was it good .Kumbacha squash is really great too and Jardall pumpkin a sweet yellow fleshed green on the outside pumkin that comes out at Halloween is great too .And you can get about a 3 pound pumpkin for 3 - 6 dollars .

What temp in the oven??
I don't love butter! Did you know butter is 100% fat? 3:00
Nah it’s all carbs
Yes, but we need fat. And if it's grassfed butter then it's a healthy fat
@@diane2413 If you love butter so much then why don't you eat it unsalted? The thing is disgusting especially when it glogs one's arteries..
@@johngaspar4425 because we need sodium for over 300 processes in the body. I do use "table salt" as commercial companies call it. I use sea salt enriched with trace minerals. I also make sure that I am adding apple cider vinegar as well as lemon and to get enough magnesium and potassium. By doing this and a few other things I have lost 70 pounds in the last year.
