- Managed to have catch ups! The weather has been off lately making it difficult to get out about for everyone.
Pabu really didn’t want to come out today but i spent the better part of half hour tricking pabu into coming. He was not too happy about it but with this weather having storms coming for the next week or so he might jot get another chance to stretch out!

Im totally with Emery! Kevin is eeewww and we need to stay away from his junkie butt 😂 he is always trying to make Dory “do da drug” aka jerkaine 😱👎
No wander Pabu & him drifted apart, two very different paths in life... one filled with candy and magic/psychosis and the other hard birb drugs & criminal activity....
Dory was showing alot of fascination with the baby birds for a bit! Then she lost interest when bumi arrived and decided to chase him around 😂

As explained in hundreds of videos now, raptors are out every single day and time that we are out. Its australia, so usually 2-3 seen each time we are out. They are high risk to pet indoor parrots but to properly trained free flight parrots the risk is extremely low, please check out the info on website for detailed explanation :D www.adventuresofroku.com

Its almost 1am so my brains half asleep so if i miss anything ill add it in tomorrow, however everyone had alot of fun. Lots of flocking and exploring :)
Oh and dont worry Kevin was not in danger, he car surfs regularly lol just remember he is flighted so can fly off at any point ☺️ oh and no I did not hurt curly the baby goat lol

Raptors are terrible for chickens as well but they won’t come down when humans are right there. And especially if there’s a dog.

I noticed how Kevin picked up that almond that Dory dropped, what I miss is how Pabu used to find a tree and hang upside down, did he forget how? Also even though Kevin’s a jerk, he can be really sweet too!!!!!!!!
no he still does that daily, he was doing it in this video but in the far away tree so camera didn't pick it up. Kevin is the biggest jerk but definitely part of his charm haha

Three reasons (among others) that your videos are so good:
1) No music.
You neither record over the original sound with music, nor do you mix in music to make it difficult to hear the natural sounds from the birds and nature. This adds to the sense of "being there".
2) You do not distort the video with a wide-angle (fish-eye) lens. You maintain a proper and accurate aspect ratio. Again, adding to the sense of realism.
3) You make the video's focus about the birds and the gathering, and not about camera theatrics nor special effects.
Please never change.

I have a lutino male indian ringneck who came from a abusive home I've had him for two years and he gets afraid to fly to me, but he will step up and he lets me rub his head and kiss him. How would i get him to fly to me without pressuring him? Their are time where he steps up then attacks me and flies off. How would i get him to trust me?

HiddenHare no different species. We have red, yellow and white tailed black cockatoos then gang gangs. Even though gang gangs are not technically a black cockatoo. The males get a little red pom pom on their heads 😂 theres older videos of our friends male gang gang playing with bumi, roku and korra in prior uploads :)

@@tzxazrael ...I know. I want a parrot so so bad, but...I am 64 and wouldn't have anyone to take over after I am gone. Plus, I have a rescue pit. Poor little girl...was pet sitting 3 years ago, her owner lost his home. After 6 months, he decided to leave her with me. She's in my lap now as I type. She's now 9 years old. A month ago, he committed suicide. I am heartbroken for him. I wish I could have helped him. I will take care of his precious Sasha for the rest of her days though, she will never want for nothing. I am seriously thinking of getting 4 parakeets the first of the year though...had 2 when I was 10...LOTS of info on care now than back then. Going to get biggest flight cage I can find. Actually, I love all animals...my heaven will be me surrounded by animals of all kinds. Not ashamed to admit this but I have always preferred the company of animals and children over adult people. Hubby and I have 2 small houses side by side...long story as to why, but that house has 3 doggies, lab, dobbie-pit, pit, plus 4 kitties. Recently lost my 16 year old kitty, Bobo.😢 All of our fur babies are either rescues or foundlings. I truly believe God sends us these babies. We keep our babies inside, safer that way. Our homes are maintained for the comfort and convenience of our doggies and kitties.
@@kittyvaughn76 well it's all about the -type- of parrot you get. budgies (aka parakeets) have an expected lifespan of 7~15 years, give or take. obviously, african greys (50~60+ years) and full size macaws (as much as 90+ years) aren't the ideal choice lol... parrotlets and conures are about 10~20 years, too. cockatiels 25~30...
of course, remember all the basics about mixing pets. cats and dogs are INSTINCTIVELY hunters; i'm sure your pibble is nothing but a sweetheart to you (i've never believed those stories about "vicious dog breeds"; they're taught to behave, or more often simply don't get taught)... but a moment of not paying attention, and a bird that's only a mouthful in size... not saying she would, but all those stories of "suddenly something happened" and you can't guarantee she (or any dog) wouldn't either. but tl;dr, just keep them separate and supervised.

@@tzxazrael ...Oh, I most definitely will keep them separated. I do not have any kitties with her. Apparently she was never around kitties. Even my other doggies at the other house that have been raised with our kitties, I still would not completely trust the dogs to not hurt them. The dogs love the cats but they are so much bigger and I know that the dogs would never intentionally hurt the cats but I don't let that happen. We are both retired so we don't go many places. Our pups and cats are our babies...don't get to see my granddaughters...long, sad story.

I thought seeing ur videos is totally different scenario from birds normal routine apart from flying in home they constantly shout if they don't get enough attention So if staying alone it's difficult for a human to manage his life and 🐦
