    I could never drive one of these cars, I would spend all day merging and getting off the interstate just to run it through the gears again and again and again... Magnificent sound!

    These have been under appreciated since their introduction but have recently seen a surge in interest and with that selling prices. Ferrari never made a bad car.

    For me it's never about how fast or quick it is and relative to a modern car it's neither, it's all about how it makes me feel.
    This is the type of car that puts a huge smile on my face !

      Absolutely agreed, although I’m biased 😅 If you want to see an in-depth review (without much driving), a young RUclipsr The Munich Car Guy recently reviewed it. After that it got damaged a bit in Dubai storm, the car is now in the shop to address all the remaining little things that have been pending, making it back to its prime!

    That Mondial QV sounds really healthy. Is that the stock exhaust?

    • @Nounooon
      @Nounooon  Год назад +2

      Yes all original! Since the video I’ve sent the car to Dubai (where I live) and it got a lot of maintenance done, it’s more healthy than ever!

      @@Nounooon That stock exhaust is the business; no need to mess with a Tube or anything else. Don't worry about it being a "minter," man, so long as the mechanicals are sorted, that's all you need to do. I'd never had a Ferrari, but had a few air cooled 911s, and looks were second to mechanicals. Just enjoy that shit as much as you can until they are banned from the road.

    I noticed you skip 2nd gear till the transmission warms up. I thought that was worked out by the time the qv was released.

    • @Nounooon
      @Nounooon  Год назад +2

      Haha yes it was still not solved by then. I’ve got new transmission oil now (I’ve fully restored the car), and it’s a bit better, but 2nd remains a no-go for the first couple of minutes.

      Must be an Italian thing. I had an 80s Fiat that never wanted 2nd until the gearbox warmed up lol

    I‘m sure you always respected the speed limit 😅 South of France in the early morning I guess?

    • @Nounooon
      @Nounooon  Год назад +2

      It’s actually in the North of France, and never got any speeding tickets in France in my whole life! I live in Dubai though, and the car is now there with me and the roads are filled with radars, and they are by far significantly less interesting and fun than in France. It’s now fully restored, but is more used for social drives. I joined a street racing event at night in the desert roads once, but considering it’s 240hp and the others had 800+ and 1khp M3, GTRs & Supra, I was more closing the pack 😅
