Brutal Legend Sea of Black Tears with Laser Panther

I was playing this through on Brutal. When using the usual rush the stage with everything, I'm sure I was getting less than a 25% success rate. Double teaming with a Laser Panther, however, produces at least a 75% success rate. The best strategy for dealing with the Tree Back? Distract it with merch booths and other troops while you give Ophelia's stage a very effective light show.

The Hunter, you can find him near Bladehenge or near the Ironheade camp after you get run out of Lyonwhyte's Pleasure Palace. The first time you complete the mission, you'll learn the solo to summon various animals. You unlock different beasts by killing various animals, but stop once you manage the laser panther, because you can't go back once you unlock the next beast. Google for "Brutal Legend Wikia" and check for Overslaughter, that may help with some of the details.
