You're going through this at your pace and it does get better💛 honestly I found the first year really tough but taking that time to process it fully (even if it meant times of sheer grief) meant that I could come out of the other side whole again! asmr is my go-to thing for when i can't sleep. i was very sceptical about it, but i needed one very sleepless night to try out if it works, and i went from being wide awake to falling asleep in 15 minutes. now i watch put on asmr videos even when i just need to relax or study because it's so calming and pleasing to watch/listen to.
i am so so obsessed with the positive vibes you radiate, youre literally like a ray of sunshine!! i watched the video with the biggest smile on my face and i could listen to you talk about anything for hoursss. it just puts me in the best mood

The same narrator does a few of the sleep casts but I always go back to that one, it’s just so soothing. Love your routine, I definitely want to try out some of your ideas in this video 💕

The Headspace sleepcasts have been a lifesaver during lockdown. FYI, the Rainday Antiques one specifically is free to everyone who downloads Headspace (they have a premium version with many more)
You're doing really good. My two tips .. rose quarts or any crystal shld never hv any cracks or holes. Definitely not used to hold incense stick or any holes. Secondly now that lockdown is complete pls meet up with friends and family as talking with them brings best of mood. You shld go for spa massages wen the spas open with friends...ENJOY EVERY MOMENT BCOS YOU DESERVE IT...
The hip thing is so true, heard that in yoga and actually head instances where I started to cry when doing deep hip stretches just because it releases emotions. Sounds weird but actually true :D

Loved this. That yoga looks so relaxing. I want to try it. Also, very fascinating about holding pressure and pain in the hips when you go through something very emotional.
Psychic sister have such great products! Also, if you like to use sage for space clearing but want a different option at times, palo santo (check that it’s ethically sourced) is wonderful for energy and space clearing. Blessed Be! ~Krislynner
I didn’t know that you were into crystals and incense. I use smoke cleansing a lot in my practice but I don’t use palo santo anymore or sage unless it’s local garden sage because white sage and palo santo are often unsustainable and sometimes foraged illegally - its hard to know unless you know where the supplier sourced it from specifically, but I often smoke cleanse with homemade rosemary bundles or garden sage bundles or mugwort is beautiful as well. My favourite incense blends are from starchild in Glastonbury and starry Eyed Supplies is amazing too. Lovely to hear your sleeping tips - the classical music is soooo relaxing 😊 Xxx
