definitely want to know what he thinks of Starlink ( especially the Switch version with the additional Star Fox content ), but it's a completionist nightmare. @@Supercatandrewman yeah, my comment was intended more like how his perspective on it would likely be. Finished the main game & most of the Star Fox stuff though, definitely a fun game to just play. It's basically just finding the combination of pilot & parts you click best with & just going with it
@@newageBoundhippie Although now I know not to spend too much time grinding in Starlink, thanks for the tip!... So far I’m really enjoying the game as well! It’s hard to sum up Starlink in 1 sentence, but the shortest way of putting it I can think of is... Starlink is sorta like Skylanders meets No Man’s Sky!... Or should I say, No Man’s Skylanders? (*ba-dum tss*) Corny jokes aside, adding Starfox definitely adds a nice flavour to the mix, and because of it the Nintendo Switch version just might be the best way to play Starlink! (Although I don’t know how well it runs compared to the PS4 or Xbox One ports, so I can’t say for sure which is technically the best port of Starlink, but the Switch definitely has more to offer) Honestly I really liked the Toys To Life genre while it lasted, it’s too bad Starlink died out so fast, it was definitely one of the more unique and innovative toys to life games IMO!... I’ll admit I wasn’t a huge fan of Disney Infinity or Lego Dimensions, but I’ve got a decent Amiibo collection, and Skylanders has always been my all time favourite game series even to this day! I’d actually like to see Jirard review one of the Skylanders games (most likely Spyro’s Adventure) sometime in the future!... Although I doubt he’ll give it the “Complete It” rating. While I am a passionate and dedicated fan of the series, I will say that I don’t think it’s ideal for hardcore Completionists. One of the main reasons would be that, while Skylanders is not pay-to-win, despite popular belief (technically you only need 1 figure to play the main meat of the game, and the standard game comes in a starter pack with at least 3 figures and the USB portal/platform, basically everything you need to play the game), however, it is “Pay To Complete”, as a lot of the side areas are sealed off and require a specific 1 of 8 elements to unlock them, which means you’re required to own 8 figures (most of which are sold separately obviously) in order to access everything and complete the game, and that’s just the 1st game. That’s probably the main reason why I wouldn’t consider Skylanders to be an ideal game for Completionists, especially hardcore ones like Jirard... Though I would definitely give it a “Finish It” rating for sure! (Sorry about that long rant)
@@newageBoundhippie Oh yeah I actually did get one of the Starlink collection packs on eShop during a big sale! I think it was the one that had all of the new ships and pilots that were exclusively digital and didn’t have any physical figures available. Still cool though!

Will you ever do anymore Mario Kart games for The Completionist?
the amount of frog car plushies is incredible
I got this game for my Switch and freak'n love it. I uploaded a video of me playing it on my RUclips channel zipping around my kitchen and living room of my apartment. (thinking of making another one soon)
I know this is out of left field but there’s a baseball video game that this reminded me of. The reason why it reminded me of that game is because there was a stage where you were in a living room where the Diamond and characters were all miniature. If you got a homerun the ball could hit and break the in game TV
Jirard is an absolute professional, man. That intro was so clean. Good hosting skills, bruv.
Mario in the beginning: Who-a are you? What’s-a going on-a?!
I really want this game (Or the karts because the game is free) It looks VERY cool and fun!
Love your channel so keep up the good work
Thank you for the review. My room (where the switch is as well) is very narrow so I would probably have no way to play higher than the lowest speed. It does sound pretty neat that the kart does actually have some kinda limit based on the cc you pick
"It does not justify me having to race around the same track" Bruh the point of the game is to make new tracks so you DONT do that
14:40 Mario seems to enjoy watching Jirard a little bit too much
God tier ad placement
Jirard secret mario kart boss confirmed

for me, I just unlocked all the gate features (I made a tiny loop in my bedroom and made the com drive around the entire 2nd floor) and then just had fun with the game
