    Holy shit, I thought I was the only one that used a Pan Pastel Sofft! I love those for blending, they don't pick a lot of graphite and blend smoothly. The only problem is they wear down quickly. Of course depending how rough the paper is.

    Your pieces are amazing! I'm speechless!
    I never thought that tissue paper and cotton swabs would be good at blending... Though I think I'm just going to stick to using my finger because I'm too lazy to get up and find art supplies. :3

    i used all of these before and it's not acttually about which is the best but it's more about what result you want , but i usually use brushes i think they are the best cuz you can make any result u want using brushes , u just need to know how to use them

    Hey Chris samba! I just discovered you like 2 weeks ago, but I really love your vid and your awsome (photo like) drawings!!! So awesome!!! I got really inspired by you to draw again, but I don't have good equipment... So I was wondering if you have a vid I which you show all the tools you use/ or if you could make one? lets be realist we all know you forgot the major and most used way to smudge pencil that people use a lot more then all of these tools. the mighty finger.

    • @jwin9558
      @jwin9558 8 лет назад +7

      it's rlly not a good technique tho

      Fingers are not good. The hands have oils that alter the paper's properties.

    • @a-kish8667
      @a-kish8667 7 лет назад

      I always use a finger for my drawings.

    • @pegcage
      @pegcage 6 лет назад

      Some people have a lot of oil in their skin so this technique can be bad. I have dry skin so I can do it. I have found tools are better though.

    You certainly draw a lot of White folk, would appreciate Black women in your drawings, high cheekbones, dark skin, wide noses, thick lips, kiny hair. All that BlackGirlMagic. Just one person's thoughts.

  • @libordanos

    U really should use blending only on coal or pastel. With pencins u better use tone layers. I really hate these vids on the internet (often they called right brain drawing). They teach the wrong types of technics, so you better avoid them. Drawing skills are something what you have to learn by the hard way, it is not for someone who just want to mess with pencils.

      well , there is somethings u really can't do them without tools , if u are very carful of what u draw and really care about details u'll notice that there are are a lot of times u need tools

    • @barbequesauce7167

      What I really like is when I get as close to exact shading as I can using layers, and then menace the area with a stump and see it come to life.

    • @a-kish8667
      @a-kish8667 7 лет назад +4

      Haha. If paint brushes don't exist, how will we paint easily and smoothly? If pencils do not exist, how can we write? If those tools do not exist, how can we blend things properly? Using a finger is tiring. Trust me, I've been there. I really do hate people like you.

    I don't know if i'm the only person that cringe watching this,especially when he started blending with the toilet paper
