Wow man, your music is like a breath of fresh air bro.. Real music.. You be droppin gems man.. DANG.. I can't run Ventura.. DANG IT.... lol That's bananans.........
My brother JT. It sucks that you can’t make use of the new features in Logic 11 due to the MacOS requirements 😕 There are some really nice features now included that make a great difference in certain aspects. However not all of my machines meet the minimum specs but I’m still banging out music on them and I’m sure you’ll be doing the same. So until such time as you upgrade you’ll still be making bangers irrespective. One love my bro 🙏🏾
Do you mean using a MIDI bass guitar to trigger the sounds? If so the yes definitely. If you meant playing a live electric bass and also having the session bass playing yes you can but you would need to work out different parts for each instrument to process their tones differently so create separation 👍🏾
If I take almost finished 3 minute song track has synths and vocals and arrangement and it needs matching melodic rhythmic bass and drums can I do it here basically automatically like ai matches spacing of chords and with ongoing varying notes in each bar over 3 minutes as a noobie? Like scaler 2 than Captain plug-ins or ezkeys to ezdrummer 3 add in ez bass? What’s the best easy way? Limiting sidechain noise ducking problems maximizing groove beat energy
Thanks for your questions. First of all I have not used any of the other plugins you have mentioned so I can’t comment on what they are capable of. However the Logic Session Players Bass and Keys are driven by your effective use of the chord track. This is what guides the players in the direction of your music progression. They will not analyse parts of a song as you have mentioned and then adapt to the direction of your preproduction. So I think you are unlikely to get the results you are looking for with these AI tools.
It is very cool how Logic’s technology has gotten to this point but I would much rather play the bass myself. I guess I’m old school. Thank you for this video.
Scott I couldn’t agree with you more. I love playing my bass guitar on my tracks. I suppose for those who don’t play bass or don’t have access to the instrument this is a great alternative. Cheers for your great feedback 👍🏾
You are absolutely right Mark. I believe in a few updates time the Bass Player and Keyboard players will have had a lot more development to make them far more useable. I am hopeful. Cheers😀🎸
Yes! The way you explain things and break it all down is perfect!
Truly appreciate your kind words Charles. 🙏🏾
Thank you, this was a big help in getting me started using this!
Awesome. So glad you found it helpful. More to come soon 🙏🏾

Thank you for your very kind words. I truly appreciate it. 🙏🏾
Thanks. Still struggling with entering chords, seems buggy, doesn't work quite how you describe😬
So nice thank you!!
Thank you Bry. Much more to come. I hope you check them out too. Very much appreciate your feedback. Cheers 😀
Can you use the new bass session sounds with a live bass?

So you can’t plug in your bass to your interface and use the rickenbacker or jazz bass virtual sounds?
Very good !!!!!!
Thank you very much indeed 😀
I'm going to rip off some chord progressions of other bands and see if I can make something cool
Hey, that's how many of the world's popular music songs are constructed, so there is nothing at all wrong with that. Enjoy 😀

Well but you could use this to start a song idea then go back and record your own but I feel the same I would rather write my own bass
You can chose a track for the bass to follow too…
Yes absolutely I should have mentioned that in the video. I’ll make sure I do so in the next one. Cheers 👍🏾
@@MTTCyou did mention it.
Great 👏👏👍👍
Truly appreciate 🙏🏾
Session drummer is amazing but session bass, IMO, is FAR harder to get sounding reasonably right, esp for pop music.

Is there a button to press to make it sound like a real bass or make it sound less fake?
Sorry
