I do have a problem with the Byakugan, a Dojutsu descended from the Kaguya and one of her sons, being significantly weaker than the Sharingan, the other Dojutsu descended from Kaguya and the other son. In general, I don't like that Hamura's legacy is nothing next to Hagoromo's, making him feel not important at all in the lore of the series.
Lee was literally loved and respected by almost everyone in the village hell tsunada came back to the village 33% to heal him(33% for kakashi and 33% for naruto) Gara respected the shii outta him guy was his chosen father and taught him everything he knew straight outta the academy like the dude was loved he had his problems he needed to overcome but not compared to naruto
I'd say part 1 is very good but imo part 2's theme about breaking the cycle of hatred through learning about the dark side of the Ninja world and it's repercutions is really underrated, now execution wise it's not the best but i don't think it's bad
My memory isn't the greatest but I feel like the way Hiruzen is portrayed makes it seem like he's an all bark no bite type character, he always has good speeches but when it comes down to it he rarely actually helped out his "family members" aside from stepping in to big fights he literally could not avoid... not to mention how he basically let Danzo run wild leading to a bunch of garbage things happening

Novel byakugan is cracked. Also please consider that mangekyo sharingan was a legendary thing to happen. Most did not get that. So highest thing you would see is 3 tomoe. High level byakugan users can disrupt chakra based attacks. Cut through them with their own chakra. Typical visual genjutsu doesn’t work because they don’t have to look at you directly to see you. Gentle fist is the most cracked style of taijutsu because there’s no way of training resistance against it. It’s literally armor piercing.
The only training you could get is dodge it or have more chakra points so you won't get completely shutdown. And Byakugan from Otsutsuki are stronger too. About what you said about nullfying chakra based attacks. Literally Kaguya doesn't get burned from Amaterasu too.

I'm ok with the Sharingan being stronger than the Byakugan, but it really doesn't make sense because of how the way power can be lost through descendants. Like, from what I understand, the Senju clan intermarried in the common population of Konoha, and the majority of the village population are just regular people. So, taking that logic, it doesn't really make sense that the Byakugan, which is much closer to the Otsutsuki, is the weaker one
I feel like the problem is nobody in past generations was good enough with it or lived long enough. It is foul that the Sharingan has much more personality to it then the Byakugan tho.

I know bad actors will hype up how strong Shisui is to a fault (even though, being real, his accolades are pretty crazy,) but Revolution gives a better reason to love him than 4. He’s characterized perfectly, he has a great dynamic with Itachi *and* Sasuke, his sacrifice is treated as tragic but necessary, and he’s quite possibly the only Uchiha in history to break the Curse of Hatred of his own volition. It’s thanks to him the same could be set in motion for Itachi and Sasuke. I think he’s fine as he was. He didn’t overstay his welcome, and it *could* harm the series seeing too much of him, but I personally wouldn’t mind as long as it wasn’t that absolutely vile Danzo sledgehammering.

He understands it, which Naruto said he doesn't/didn't. Sasuke just had none (it can be argued he did with Naruto as there was some physical intimacy and its his strongest emotional attraction). Sakura shouldn't be pushing someone who doesn't want it. Sasuke should be allowed to be single Because Sasuke was so aromantic/ace, it's kinda fucked up to force heteronormativity (there's a better word... it's meaning is the idea that everyone must get married and have kids to be happy. That's awful to enforce) I also agree shippuden final fight is better, even emotionally. I'm counting the final cutscene

Naruto was born to be great from jumpstreet. The first episode shows that he has great power despite lacking discipline and knowledge. The idea of Naruto is inspiring, but then again, there are many people who echo that same idea. Some examples are Jiraya, Iruka, and Guy who struggled early but eventually reached their goal by chasing their ninja way relentlessly.
I don't really get people being mad that the mc is the mc when the show is literally named after him. Like it's literally his story, did yall really expect Naurto not to be him

@@SRVaris I feel that war and battle merits as a Kage is not a good measure of success. Don't get me wrong, it's obviously a good feat, but Minato would have done that without the title of Hokage. Your Kakashi example is very good because he did a lot of things for the village before turning into a Hokage but didn't have to fight during his reign. I think Tobirama is the best Hokage, then Tsunade, and then Hashirama for being the founder. Maybe Naruto as the fourth one.
